    I am grateful to have Panera as a counter service option nearby because I am not a fan of the multiple other fast food around here. Overall the staff is pleasant and the food is fresh and tasty. My only complaint that I have noticed over years is the sandwiches are kind of skimpy. I had the turkey/apple sandwich recently and hardly any turkey. Tasted good. Skimpy on the meat for the price.

    Highlight of visit: Love the soups, bowls and bagels/breads!

    This awful place gives me a headache... The menu? How can you decipher what it's all about.?? I just turned around and walk out the door... went to Olive garden instead!!

    Staying at hotel close by and thought it was soup weather so we stopped in for a warming lunch but was disappointed with the flavor and quality. Nothing too impressive! Just a fast food bakery with little that is fresh with frozen soups, etc. The soup was not as good as anything I could get from a can and was expensive. Salty and sweet and not much flavor. The sandwich was dry. Staff friendly and tables were clean. Nice to have coffee station but the one I wanted was empty. Not a very good experience and doubt I'd bother again.

    Good soups and amazing Mac & Cheeses. Caprese Sandwich also very good. Not as healthy as people like to think and pricey too. Coffee can be stale at times and often out of items.

    I just don't get the excitement about this restaurant. My co workers all rave about it and go often but I find the food just average at best. I have trouble deciding on what to order then I have trouble finding the flavor in what I did order. It's not cheap either! Just not many choices along that part of town.
