Panera is Ok but they're not flexible and often out of stuff. Coffee can be stale. Bagels are usally good. It's a nice looking building outside but the inside feels and smells rank. I don't like the standing around waiting for my order, it needs a better system. I'm not recommending as this part of town is getting more options especially with Chicken Salad Chick coming soon and good coffee shops now open.

My salad didn't look anything like the picture... much more skimpy but tasted ok! Soup was good though. The focaccia on my son's sandwich was too dry and crumbly and he had quite a mess. The girl taking our order was very nice but the whole place feels like it needs a good clean.

This weather made me want soup so headed to Panera. Ordered the pick two of tomato soup and a grilled cheese. The soup was not very hot and tasted no better than a can of Campbell's. The grilled cheese was good but the soup wasn't warm enough to dip. It was too busy to go back and complain. Server was friendly but the whole ordering and pickup process seemed very disorganized. I give Panerea an average score for all categories.

The young lady serving was tremendous and was very helpful, but the restaurant felt like it needed a good update and deep clean. The broccoli cheddar soup tasted no better than from a can of Campbell's, but the Garden Caprese sandwich was very fresh and tasty. The Coconut Macaroon I got to go was good.

I was really in the mood for some comforting soup and sandwich so headed to Panera, but unfortunately they didn't satisfy. Service was slow and the soup had that freezer taste and was not great and the sandwich was average. I notice the price was high too for what I got.

I just don't get the Panera attraction... not the best service and horrible system... coffee was bland and the food really isn't very good... baked goods have little flavor and everything else is like frozen/microwave food especially the soup that has that "frozen' taste. I think if it wasn't for the hotel next door this place wouldn't survive.

They were out of several things that we wanted even though it was still quite early! Crousaint needed baking longer, but bagels were good and the orange scone was tasty. My daughter wasn't happy with her oatmeal saying it had no taste.

Stop here for breakfast often when I'm in town as it's convenient to my hotel. Good selection of bagels that are always fresh and I like the Honey Walnut Cream Cheese. Their cookies are good and usually get some for the road. Coffee is not the best so I skip that here and get some from the hotel.

Didn't really like the ordering and pickup system here... feels like school lunch! The corn chowder was good but the turkey sandwich had no taste and was way too dry and fell apart. No fresh coffee! By the time it was ready I was about to leave. Floor needed sweeping. The bread I got to take home was very good.

Stopped in for breakfast today and we had breakfast sandwiches, croissants, and coffee, and everything was fresh and tasty. The young lady taking our order was very friendly and lively. The only issues we had was that although it was early in the morning the dining room and drinks station were already untidy, and I may be sensitive in the mornings, but the guy that kept yelling out names was so loud and obnoxious! There must be a nicer solution.

I find the food and service can be hit or miss here. I have learned which items to avoid now. Sometimes the food seems very quickly thrown together and it shows. But when it's done right, I like some of the items here especially the seasonal soups and they make some good sandwiches, except I've never had a good experience with their breakfast sandwiches.

I’ve been picking up bagels for work for quite a while now. It’s always a pleasure when I pull up and see Jordan at the window because I know I am going to get great service. She’s always very friendly efficient and accommodating.
Highlight of visit: Bagels

I found the staff here to be very friendly and willing to help but the food at this location never seems to taste as good as it does at others. Not sure what the difference is but the soups seem thinner and everything needs more seasoning. The atmosphere is nice but the tables needed a clean. The outside area is the best spot to sit.

I have never had a very good experience inside this restaurant but they catered an office even last week and I have to say that service and food were really excellent. Everything was fresh, tasted great, and was nicely boxed and packaged, and the coffee and drinks were very good too. My ratings here are for the catering and I just wish they could do the same in the restaurant.

Stopped in for a little lunch. The person taking orders at the register does not speak English very well and with the mask it is impossible to communicate with her. She also had her hat pulled down so all you could see was a little bit of the eyes. Ordering was a disaster. I ordered a simple turkey sandwich on white bread but it came with lettuce etc. My husband ordered a tuna sandwich that came with a very small amount of tuna on it. He also had the Mac & cheese. We decided to pickup breakfast for tomorrow and added a cinnamon roll and chocolate croissant to the order. The total came to nearly $40! I asked how could it be that high? Was told that was the total. Paid the bill but when the cashier went to get our pastries she had charged for 4 croissants instead of one. She got the manager to fix it. We were not happy with the service and during this ordeal, they only had one cashier, this one that can't communicate! As we ate we watched numerous people return their food because it was not as ordered. And we won't return to this store!

Panera Bread in Palm Coast offers a range of bakery items and light meals, including wholesome bagels praised for their freshness and flavorful options like the Honey Walnut Cream Cheese. Breakfast sandwiches and cookies also receive positive remarks. Soups such as broccoli cheddar and tomato tend to underwhelm, often described as lukewarm with a canned or frozen taste. Sandwiches can vary, with some noted for dryness or lack of flavor. Service is friendly and helpful, particularly from younger staff, but the ordering and pickup system is frequently mentioned as confusing and slow. The interior and dining area often feel in need of a deep clean and update. Coffee quality is inconsistent, sometimes bland or stale. Portion sizes tend to be modest for the price, contributing to mixed overall impressions.
