I stop here often when I go to the gym nextdoor and always get good service and love the smoothies. Usually get the High Intensity Workout Veggie & Mango or the Power Punch Plus smoothies. The inside area is clean and I'm usually in and out quite fast.
Highlight of visit: High Intensity Workout Veggie & Mango is tasty and does the job.

First time here and tried some kind of vanilla espresso high protein smoothie as a pick me up. It tasted quite good but had a slight chalkiness to it. I think it did work as I felt like had some more energy. Service took a while even though not busy but was friendly.
