Fancy Sushi Japanese Restaurant UNCLAIMED

I was not expecting much when we went in but was immediately greeted by a smiling lady who seated us. Our server was just as much a delight and we ordered some different types of sushi plus Tuna Tataki. Our soup was delivered quickly and it tasted very good, then when our sushi rolls arrived, they were a work of art. Not only looking great but tasting amazing too. The Tuna Tataki was fresh and seared just enough. It appears to be family run and it certainly lives up to its Fancy Sushi name.

I dropped in for a quick lunch after visiting the hospital and was greeted warmly and seated right away. They have a good menu featuring sushi, hibachi and Japanese items, and I ordered the Sashimi and Sushi combo lunch, which had four pieces of each plus a California Roll and soup. The soup could have been warmer but it tasted good, and the sashimi was fresh and sushi was tasty. The California Roll was okay but I'd rather just have had another piece of sashimi. Overall I enjoyed my lunch, the sushi was surprisingly filling, and the service was very friendly and prompt.

Great place for sushi with good service and a nice ambiance. The sushi is rolled to order and everything tastes nice and fresh. Fancy is the only sushi restaurant in this section of Palm Coast so we're lucky that it's a good one.

Highlight of visit: The Black Dragon and Fancy Q sushi rolls are my top picks and the Salmon Hibachi is very tasty. All of the staff are friendly and provide excellent service.

Small family run Japanese restaurant with a lovely ambiance. Their sushi is made to order with fresh ingredients and they have some very good entrees... love the katsu and hibachi.

I have been to Fancy Sushi 3 or 4 times and it has always been excellent. Their sushi is fresh with many rolls to choose from, plus a la carte sushi. I also like the Chicken Katsu and the Shrimp and Veg Tempura. The staff are very efficient and the restaurant has a calm atmosphere. They're also open quite late which fits my lifestyle more.

Quite a good sushi place with a nice vibe and great service. Our sushi was fresh and tasty and the tempura was light and crispy. The black dragon roll was the highlight.

Very good service and a nice ambiance. The Pink Sandwich Roll and Volcana Roll were very good and nicely presented. Starter salad was barely anything but no complaints about everything else.

We find Fancy Sushi is the only consistent sushi restaurant in the area. The other places we tried and good and bad days but here it's always good. Ingredients are fresh, the rolls look beautiful, and they taste great. Plus they don't fall apart. Staff are lovely and the ambiance is nice and relaxing.

Highlight of visit: The Crazy Tuna Roll is my favorite.

We sat inside and had very good service. Ordered gyoza and shumai appetizers and a variety of sushi rolls. The appetizers tasted like they were frozen from the store, but the sushi was excellent. The Spicy Salmon and Shrimp Tempura Roll were our favorites but all were very good. Good prices on the sushi too, and we liked the atmosphere. We'll try different appetizers next time, but we definitely recommend the sushi here.

Love Fancy Sushi! IMO best sushi in Palm Coast! Staff are wonderful and nice atmosphere! Sushi always looks so beautiful! Always a great meal here.

Fancy Sushi is a solid choice for fresh and tasty sushi in a relaxed setting. The lobster roll and chirashi are worth trying. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure you’re comfortable and never rushed. The atmosphere is cozy and quiet.

The menu has a good mix of options, including rolls, sashimi, and hibachi dishes, and they’re great about accommodating dietary restrictions. They also offer a decent selection of drinks, like sake and beer. If you’re in the mood for dessert the mango mochi is a great choice.

Good sushi restaurant with a nice atmosphere and good service. Been here many times and learned which rolls are hit or miss for us. Soup and hibachi are good.

This our favorite spot for sushi as the food is always fresh and tasty and the staff are very friendly. The fish on the sashimi has great texture and freshness, and never has that frozen taste like at most places. The tempuras and hibachis are very good especially the king salmon. Their prices are reasonable and we find the atmosphere very nice.

Our lunch here today was very good... we shared the Sashimi Lunch special and the Shrimp Hibachi, and both tasted great. The Sashimi was fresh and melted in the mouth and the batter on the Hibachi was crispy and not at all oily tasting. Soup and Small Salad were nice and we had Steamed White Rice. Our server was excellent and she didn't rush us at all. Overall a very nice Japanese restaurant and one we would gladly return to.

The is a great sushi shop with some great rolls and Japanese dishes. Big variety of sushi available and they make some great tempura, hibachi and katsu dishes. The salmon katsu is well worth a try. All the sushi rolls I've had here have been fresh and tasty.

We always have a good meal at Fancy Sushi. Their customer service is excellent and we never feel rushed. The ambiance is relaxing with soft lighting and the food is delicious. We always get sushi rolls plus we order something else like hibachi or salmon teriyaki, and we're never disappointed. My favorite sushi rolls are the Hwy.17 and Fancy Dragon�🍥

Was not completely impressed with Fancy alot of the sushi was like a Pate not whole fresh cuts chunks of sushi. Service was fair felt like they were ALWAYS watching you and trying to get you to go.

The best sushi I have found in Palm Coast and definitely the nicest service. I always let my wife choose which sushi to order as I'll eat anything, but really enjoyed all of her choices this time. The sushi tasted very fresh and the sauces were awesome. 5 stars all round for a great meal.

We enjoyed the atmosphere and had very good service, and we thought the sushi was good. The gyoza were not great being kind of chewy with no taste, and the yakitori was dry and salty. We would visit again for the sushi which we did like a lot.
