My husband had the seafood boil while I went for Steak and Shrimp Hibachi. My husband loved hiis boil but my hibachi was awful. The steak and shrimp were way overcooked, tasted fried, had no flavor, and weren't hibachi. The fried rice was hard and salty. Everything tasted like my son's attempt at cooking Asian food. The server was ok and I see now why it was almost empty.

Big eclectic menu and their specials seem to be sushi and the seafood boils. I had a boil with garlic butter sauce and ordered it spicy, but it was mild, but did taste very good and the snow crab was meaty. My wife had a Chinese type stirfry and was not too impressed saying it just tasted like it had a splash of soy sauce for flavor. I'd say I'd come back for the boil for sure.

The fried seafood roll and Black Dragon Roll were tasty and had good presentation. Wife was not so impresed wth her Pad Thai. Staff were friendly enough and they have good decor, but the atmosphere was dead as we were the only customers.

I found the food to lack flavor and nothing very authentic. Been twice and not again. The broth on the ramen today tasted terrible, like some canned version and not made from scratch. Meat was stringy and noodles way over cooked. My wife had the General Tso's which was just sweet with no spice. It's a large restaurant and the sushi bar looked cool, but there is much better tasting Asian food in Palm Coast.

It's very nice inside and we sat at the bar and had some great sushi and drinks. I don't recall the name, but a new sushi roll that they added to the menu was outstanding. My wife loved the passion fruit martini. We came midday but I expect the atmosphere would be much better at busier times when there are more people.

The Kung Pao Chicken was very good but my girlfriend was not fond of the Sweet and Sour Chicken. Said it was not like any S&S she's had before. The Crazy Tuna Roll was tasty. Our server was good although needs to learn how to smile.

We thought we'd try Wild Ginger for sushi and we although it's not at all 'zen-like' inside and the sushi doesn't 'wow' on presentation, it was very fresh and delicious, and we loved every roll. Also our server was amazing, and their prices are very reasonable for the quality. They also do seafood boils which I think the theme of the place is mainly for. We will come back for the sushi any time. Loved it!

Enjoy the attentive service and drinks are good and prices are very reasonable unlike so many other places. Sushi and Sashimi are fresh and also priced better than other places in the county. Owners are very nice and Veterans get a discount.

We’ve been to Wild Ginger several times and their food is consistent fresh, well prepared and very good. They have a wide ranging menu and everything we’ve tried has been really good. I’mimpressed with how clean the restaurant is and the service has consistently been attentive and we’re well taken care of from the time we step in the door. Definitely will be going back.

I ordered the pad Thai which had good flavor but was sweet and the chicken was like it had been cooked from frozen - texture was off and didn’t have the taste of the rest of the ingredients. My wife had a Thai curry and loved it but thought the portion was small. They guy serving was friendly but he could have checked in on us more. They also have seafood boils and the decor is more focused on that, but I think the Asian food should be a bigger focus.

We were craving sushi so came here. It wasn't very busy so we got seated right away. A pretty big place and still feels like the seafood restaurant that was in here before. Theu have a huge sushi selection and it was hard to pick so we went with the sushi boat which turned out to be a great choice. It looked amazing and all of the rolls were very fresh and tasty. Our server was very attentive and at about $80 with drinks, we had a lot of sushi and the ingredients were high quality, so it was good value.

We haven’t tried their Asian dishes and come here for the seafood, which we find is the best around. Their seafood boils are very good and we like their make your own seafood combos. They have become a Friday tradition for us which we always look forward to and enjoy.

Lettuce wraps were too salty, but sushi was excellent and the ramen was tasty. Service was very nice but forgetful. The cocktails I had was delcious. I think the decor needs some work to make it more Asian.
Highlight of visit: Pheonix Sushi Roll was my favorite. Enjoyed the Seafood Ramen.

We thought the food here was great! Large menu with a good choice of Asian dishes and sushi rolls. Egg rolls were excellent and not greasy with a good crisp, and the General Tso's was delicious. Wife had some sushi and some kind of bowl which she was very happy with. Our server was great and their prices are good. We recommend it a lot.

Lunch service was quick and the food wasn't bad, but it did taste precooked. I had a Thai red curry which was sort of "thin" and my workmate had Mongolian chicken which he said was tasty but salty. Service was fast and friendly.

We liked the sushi, but my pad Thai was disappointing. It tasted bland and was nowhere near as good as you can get at other local Asian places. Didn't really like the atmosphere and service was OK. I recommend for the sushi but not sure if I'd come back too often.

Lunch today was quite good with decent Pad Thai. The portion was not so big for $15 and better at the Thai restaurants. Server was attentive. I'd go again but would try something else, maybe the sushi.

The food was OK but you can find better Asian cuisine in town. Some sushi were good, one tasted like catfood! Wife had a poke bowl which she only ate half of... said it had a sour taste. My shrimp hibachi wasn't too bad but it didn't have any of the nice grill taste. The place is clean and the service was good. I'd say Wild Ginger is good for a quick lunch but you need to be picky on what you order.

Quite a mix of Asian cuisines including Thai, Chinese, and Japanese plus seafood boils. Our server seemed lost with all the choices too but was friendly and was keen to help. We got mostly sushi with a couple of appetizers of chicken satay and lettuce wraps. The satay was nothing special but we like the lettuce wraps. The sushi was very good though especially the Ginza roll which I could have eaten much more of, an the Palm Coast Roll was excellent too. It's quite big inside and doesn't have a very good atmosphere, but apart from the satay, the food was great and staff friendly. We would return.
Highlight of visit: I highly recommend the Ginza and Palm Coast sushi rolls which had a good mix of textures and flavors.

Wild Ginger in Palm Coast offers a wide-ranging menu featuring sushi, seafood boils, and Asian-inspired dishes. Reviews highlight fresh, well-prepared sushi with flavorful rolls like the Black Dragon and Crazy Tuna, alongside seafood boils praised for meaty crab and tasty garlic butter sauce. Drinks such as the passion fruit martini receive positive mentions, and attentive service is a common highlight. While sushi and seafood boil enthusiasts often return, some find other dishes like Pad Thai, General Tso's, and stir-fry less consistent in flavor or texture. The atmosphere is spacious but can feel quiet during slower hours. Prices are considered reasonable given the portion size and quality, with military discounts available. Overall, the experience blends solid service and freshness, though not all items meet expectations equally.
