I like Houligan's wings as they're dry and not messy to eat. Very good seasoned fries too and they pour a cold beer with clean pump lines. I usually sit at the bar and get good service and it has a friendly 'locals' atmopshere.

We liked the layout and the service was good. Food was OK but had that frozen taste about it. Pass on the quesadillas... so thin and bland. My wife said the Club sandwich was very good. Beers could have been colder.

Not much energy for a sports bar, but quite a good setup with TVs and oversized booths. Disappointing beer selection and drinks menu and not even close to other sports bars in town like the Brass Tap or Millers. Our server was very to the point and food came out quick. The chicken wings were good with the right amount of crisp and the dipping sauce was tasty. The salmon dinner my wife had was OK and I liked the buffalo wrap. It was an OK time here, but overall nothing exceptional and the drinks menu really was a let down.

The burger was good but bun could have been fresher as it was dry and fell apart. Had to finish burger with fork and knife. Wings were meaty and had good flavor… right amount of heat. Server was friendly but disappeared after I got my food… needed another beer but she was not to be found.

Great place, good service, hot food. We always get Wally Wings, the mild garlic flavor. We ask for "Extra Crispy" wings, and they are divine. We request extra celery, too. Sometimes we ask for all-flats or all-drummettes, both are scrumptious. The other menu item we always order is the regular cheeseburger with all the fixings, cooked medium well. We like the regular fries or onion rings. Our go-to drink is a margarita on the rocks with Milagro tequila. We don't bother with the house tequila, it's not great. All in all, Houligan's is highly recommended!
Highlight of visit: The server in the bar area during the week is awesome. Unfortunately, we don't know her name --- but she has blonde hair and she's definitely an asset to the restaurant!

I was told this is the best place to get a burger in town but I wasn’t too impressed… the patty was big and juicy but needed seasoning and the bun fell apart. The fries were good. Our server was cool and I liked their atmosphere.

This place was very busy and busy, and service was slow, but we did have a very friendly server who kept apologizing. I ordered wings and a burger. The wings were not great and small with little meat and too dry; I had to get extra ranch just to eat them. But the black & blue burger was outstanding! It was the best burger I've had in a long time. The pitcher of beer was kind of flat but we drank it all.
Highlight of visit: The black & blue burger was excellent - very juicy and tasty.

First of all, their cocktails suck so don't bother. But the food is good and they have great burgers and wings. Nachos and seasoned fries are good. Service is mostly very good and it can get loud in there but I like the atmosphere.

Big sports bar with plenty of screens. Had a great burger and the fried pickle chips were a good appetizer. Server was very good and checked up on us often. Beers nice and cold. Nice place to chill at with good food.

I was told this THE place for wings in town, but I wasn't too impressed. They were good, but had better and I like mine with a bit more of a crisp. These were too soft. I did like the place though and the staff were top notch. I'd like to see a better beer selections.

We felt overlooked by the bar staff compared to how others were served! Food was about average... the buffalo dip was awful and the wings were no better than just the frozen type! Nice spacious place though! Overall not a great first impression!

Came in as recommended for their wings which were good but the appetizers were disappointing... the mozzarella sticks tasted frozen and had an odd texture, and the potato skins were really hard. The hot sauce on the wings had a bite and was tasty. I sat at the bar and the tender was very attentive.

Firstly their employees are all great and it has a great atmosphere. They have some good food but they can't make a good cocktail so don't bother. French Onion soup is excellent and they make good wings. Best fried IMHO.

They have a buy 6 wings get 6 free special on Mondays and charge $19.99 with a $10 discount so your paying $10 for 6 wings and the Wings are small. They used to be jumbo. Also wings during Covid were $160 a case and now are $60 for jumbo wings. Prices should reflect for what you’re buying them for. Sorry can’t see how that’s a special. Called spoke to Daniel the manager and he advised me to post it here. One and done! Never ordering food there again.
Highlight of visit: Wings

First time here, Allison was great. She helped me decide what to order. I got the grilled salmon and it was hot and tasty, loved it!! The coleslaw was in a cold bowl by itself, absolutely delicious and cold. Enjoyed the atmosphere and will return soon!
Highlight of visit: Hot food was hot and cold food was cold! Excellent staff!

A group of us came here and they accommodated us very well. Staff very attentive and food came out together which is rare for a large group. Nachos were good and had a great French dip sandwich. Beer was nice and cold. Great job Houligan's for taking care of us.

Houligan's in Palm Coast offers a sports bar experience focused on wings and burgers, with a loyal following for its crispy Wally Wings and varied burger options like the bacon Swiss and black & blue. Frequent guests appreciate the seasoned fries, onion rings, and fried pickle chips as satisfying sides. While the layout features large booths and plenty of TV screens, the beer selection and cocktails often receive mixed feedback, with some guests finding drinks average or coldness inconsistent. Service tends to be friendly and attentive, especially at the bar, though occasional lapses in server availability have been noted. The atmosphere can get lively and is described as welcoming to locals. Some find the food quality varies, with occasional dryness in buns and uneven wing portions, but overall it remains a reliable choice for a casual meal at moderate prices.
