Freida's Bakery and Provisions CLAIMED

A cute little bakery with a nice outdoor seating area. We arrived late so the choices were limited but that's not a bad thing as it keeps every fresh daily. Server was pleasant but seemed tired. I had a croissant which was very good and you could taste that it was freshly made and not some supermarket effort. Coffee was good. I'm not over this part of town much, but I'll return when they have a bigger stock to try more.

I didn't realize they had re-opened again from summer break but so happy they did. This is a lovely bakery with excellent breads, pastries, sandwiches and coffee all in a beautiful setting. A definite try when you're in the Hammock.

Freida's is an amazing little place set in a beautiful location with some delicious pastries and drinks. The morning bun and choco coconut croissants are off the scale. Courteous service and is very professionally run. I shall become a regular and just wish they had longer opening times and more days.

They have a wonderful setting with a beautiful courtyard and although small, it's nice inside too. On my visit they could have done with another server as the one that was there appeared overwhelmed. I had just a regular coffee and a ham and cheese croissant. They use Black Forest ham which was good and Gruyere cheese that added gooeyness, and some bechamel for zing. The coffee was okay. I got a loaf of bread to go which was tasteless and hard.

The new Freida's is such a lovely place. It is very elegant and has a beautiful outdoor patio. The roasted eggplant sandwich with garlic, olive tapenade, and hummus was superb, and their bread was excellent. There are many gourmet delights on offer here too. They're not open too often but hopefully that will change.

What a wonderful find! Freshly baked goodies and superb coffee. The location is very nice with a cozy shop and a lovely outside patio area. Looks like it will become a very popular place.

The setting is beautiful with a lovely outside area and a charming inside, albeit small. The owners are welcoming and their coffees and baked goods are outstanding. Their croissants are excellent especially the chocolate with coconut one. My only complaint is that I wish they were open more days and earlier too.
