Captain's BBQ UNCLAIMED

Great tasting BBQ. The quality looked good and the prices weren't too bad. We took our outside to eat which was very nice by the river. The ribs were excellent and good slaw and beans.

We picked up a Captain's BBQ for the first time, and apart from smelling up the car, we were impressed with the flavor and tenderness. The meats were not dry and had that awesome red smoke line. Wish we lived closer, but we'll make the drive again and maybe dine outside when the weather improves.

It's been a long time since I was here as I forget it's there, but we stopped by this last weekend and had some awesome BBQ and beers and took our time watching the boats. My wife got pies to go but we haven't tried them yet.

I always forget about Captain's being out there, so it's great when I remember as their BBQ is excellent. Love that smell as it hits as soon as I get out of the car! The burnt ends are my favorite and their sliders are great too. Good customer service and if like me you don't live too close, I recommend getting an extra plate to bring home as it keeps very well.

I've been here a few times. Really good BBQ and cool setup by the water. You can eat on site or take the food a few steps off site near the playground/ picnic area.

This is one of our favorite spots in Palm Coast. The setting is beautiful and the food is excellent. You get to eat the best BBQ around while watching the boats and enjoying nature. Their cornbread is awesome and the cheesecake is amazing.

We just ate the best lunch we've had in a long time here. Great service and the location is very cool. The brisket sandwich and slider trio were all amazing and the burnt ends were meant to take home but we ate them up 😋 couldn't resist! And to conclude the cheesecake was incredible. Captain's is a great place and the people are super too.

Great location and friendly service. The food is very good but I'm not a big fan of the oak smoke taste and I prefer woods like mesquite or hickory. They do have some great sides at Captain's and the cheesecake is excellent.

We had a great experience here with very friendly service and the BBQ delicious. Meats were tender and flavorful and their sides are all amazing. The weather was perfect and it was a delight to eat by the river. Husband was happy they had beer.

Quick and friendly service. The brisket was excellent, and the mac & cheese and beans were both great. Very good cornbread. The location is fantastic but too cold to appreciate fully - it will be nice outside in better weather.

The ribs were great but my wife's chicken was very dry and not so good to eat - she had to use plenty of sauce to get it down. If we hadn't of taken away we would have complained. No complaints about the side dishes though and the staff were all very nice. Too cold to eat out but it's a great location when the weather is warmer.

Captain’s is awesome! As soon as you get there you can smell the smoked meat, and it makes you super hungry. I tried the brisket, and it was really tender and tasted fantastic. The BBQ sauce was extra delicious - I wish I could take a bottle of it home! The staff were really friendly, and the view by the water makes the place even better.

Great BBQ and location. I like their sandwiches and their sides are all excellent. Good people and atmosphere.

Good place to come for great BBQ and to relax at sunset. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and don't forget to order some of their cheesecake �😋� We come here often and always leave very happy.

Can never get enough of Captains! We often order and pick up and eat at the beach. Everyone around us drools LOL I highly recommend to all BBQ lovers.

I really like the Carolina Smokey Joe sandwich special they sometimes have, but if not available I get the sliders or brisket sandwich. All are excellent. Good locale and screened in porch nice to eat at while watching the river life.

Great location and the staff were very good. The meats were nice and tender but they had more of a bonfire taste than BBQ. The beet salad and mac & cheese were very good and loved the sweet corn bread.

The ribs were tasty and very meaty but didn't have as much smokiness as I would have liked. Sauce was good. Mashed yams and the collard greens were great. Bings Landings is a great spot and customer service is excellent.

They use oak which doesn't have as good a taste as some of the southern woods like mesquite or hickory, Meats here are tender and not dried out and they have a very good selection of sides. I like the location a lot and enjoy eating while watching life on the river.

A regular stop for us when on the Intracoastal to St. Augustine. Good sheltered mooring but no boating facilities. But the BBQ is awesome and we love being able to eat on our boat. All the staff are friendly and you get good portions for the price.
