Bamboo Creek is a good reliable choice for Chinese food with service that is friendly and fast. The food is hot and tasty, and portions are plentiful. They have all the usual favorite dishes and a selection of specialties. We usually order online but sometimes eat in.

Food here is no OK but nothing exceptional. Not consistent and not the best quality ingredients. The flavor on some dishes can be good but sometimes they taste different. Staff are OK and the restaurant is clean enough.

I'm a new resident and first time here. We ordered a mix of dishes which were ready quick and tasted good. Well packaged and ample portions. The Peking Beef was the best dish for me and my wife liked the Shrimp Chow Ho Fun.

First time ordering at Bamboo. We had egg drop soup, curry shrimp, roast pork chop suey and the Cantonese flounder, and all were very tasty. The shrimp were plentiful and meat was generous. We ordered at the counter but next time we'll try online. It was ready when we finished shopping at Publix, and was worth not having to cook as we were tired and hungry.

I find this Chinese inconsistent but it's close to home so convenient for us and we have ordered here often, and when I say inconsistent, it's not bad, just the same dish can be different. I tend to avoid shrimp and seafood in these types of places, but I like their hot & spicy pork, and the Mongolian beef. They have some good soups here too especially the roast pork wonton noodle soup. No problem with service as it has always been ready timely but there can be a line to pay sometimes.

Pretty average Chinese food. It gets busy during dinner rush but they get the orders out quite fast. The portions are good. After a few visits I'm learning what's okay and what's not. Not always consistent though.

Very mainstream Chinese food but I like that, I find it like comfort food. Some good tasting dishes here and some not so great, but it's all down to preference. I like Bamboo as they are heavy on garlic and not too oily and they will make spicy. Service gets the job done and I'm usually in and out fast.

Food is so so with some dishes better than others. Chicken chow mein tasted quite good but had very little meat in it. Pineapple chicken for my daughter was a joke. The Szechuan beef was very tasty though. Rice and side dishes were OK. Service fast and the restaurant appeared clean.

Review by Richard, Palm Coast 2/17/20254.0Food:Service:Atmosphere:
The food was mostly good, but the fried rice was dry and hard and the wonton soup was very 'thin'. I liked the hot spicy chicken and the pepper steak. Service was okay although we had a communication problem.

I like the food here, but I have noticed a few changes with some of the dishes lately. The Cashew Chicken and the Szechuan Chicken are excellent here, and they do good Cold Sesame Noodles. Service is efficient, and they always have my order ready when I arrive, but a smile would be nice.
Highlight of visit: The Cashew Chicken is my favorite here and I always order that along with one other dish to try.

Not fantastic but a big improvement since I last visited Bamboo Creek a couple of years ago... the Szechuan chicken was good and the meat actually resembled chicken. Egg foo young was also quite good and had a nice gravy. I hope they keep this standard up and I'll keep coming back.

Good local Chinese place that is fast and has tasty food. Ordered from here twice now and the food portions large and good value. Everything has been delicious. Service prompt and courteous.
Highlight of visit: The Mongolian Beef and Moo Shu Pork are very good, and the Veggie Lo Mein was a hit with my daughter.

This is a good local Chinese restaurant with plenty of options. I like eating in their dining room and service is good. Food has good flavor and I never get any “unwelcome” surprises. Great hot and spicy pork and shrimp mei fun. Inexpensive meal out.

It's been a while since last ordering from Bamboo Creek and it'll probably be another while until we go. Not as good as it was before with soggy eggrolls, very greasy rice, and dishes that didn't have much taste other than very sweet soy sauce. Staff did the job but there were no smiles or friendly greetings. Portions have shrunk too and I hope this was just an off day for them, as it was so much better in the past.

DIned in - their dining room is open again - and had awesome service. The menu is large and I love how they mark all the vegetarian dishes. Had the Broccoli with Garlic Sauce and General Tso’s Tofu and both were excellent and flavorful - nice white rice as well - and I thought everything was fairly priced. Bamboo Creek has my vote for best Chinese in Palm Coast 😋

Food is good but service can be a little blunt at times although they’re quick… I call when leaving work and it’s ready when i get there. Very good sesame chicken and egg foo young. I usually pass on the fried rice and substitute from plain white. Sweet and sour sauce is good and egg rolls aren’t too bad.

The service is hit or miss but I really like the food here. The cashew chicken and pork egg foo young are great dishes. Always tastes fresh and hot. I think they stopped dining in now but I always get to go.

Bamboo Creek offers a familiar range of Chinese dishes in Palm Coast, with portions that tend to be generous and service that is generally prompt and efficient. Popular choices include Szechuan chicken, hot and spicy pork, Peking beef, and shrimp chow ho fun, with several diners noting these as flavorful options. Soups like roast pork wonton noodle are also appreciated. While some dishes are praised for their seasoning and portion size, others occasionally lack consistency in flavor or ingredient quality. The fried rice and some seafood dishes have drawn mixed comments. The staff handle busy times well, though customer interaction is described as functional rather than warm. Overall, Bamboo Creek provides a convenient and reasonably priced spot for straightforward Chinese comfort food without pretense.
