Review of Panda Express by Andy from Palm Coast
So no awards here for authenticity but I'm addicted to their Sweetfire Chili Chicken! Awesome flavor and comes with onions, peppers, and pineapple. Love with fried rice and Rangoons. Service hit or miss and inside built to get you in an out. Priced good.
Highlight of visit: Sweetfire Chili Chicken

I go here quite often. They do have a very limited menu but what they do have is rather good... Some reviews indicated the food is frozen... NOT TRUE... if you pay attention you can see them cooking the food. Like I said, it is a limited menu, but the things they do have are very good and the prices are reasonable!
Highlight of visit: Orange Chicken and Beijing Beef.

Not much good to say about this place. It's basically just fast food pre-cooked Chinese that doesn't really resemble it's similar items found in the usaul Chinese restaurants. It's counter style and the food is dried up except the noodles which were OK. Our table was dirty and moved twice. Staff acted like they were bored and didn't want to be there. Neither did I and won't be again.

Wen for lunch today and it was good. You have to get there when the food is fresh otherwise it's sitting out for a while and it tastes stale. Had the Orange Chicken and it was very good and fried rice and spring roll done right today. Last visit I had the Beijing Beef which was too fatty.
Highlight of visit: Orange Chicken is excellent when fresh.

I knew I should never of come here. Every time I regret it as first they never have what I want and although they offer to make it I don't have the time to wait and was just expecting to order and go. I then order something I wasn't really wanting. The food here is also insanely high in calories which is probably due to all the sugar. I will say the staff were very friendly and helpful but planning ahead will avoid empty selections.

With all the Chinese choices in the area I can't see why anyone would visit here. Everything has a stale greasy and salty taste or can be very sweet. It's about as authentic Chinese as apple pie and after two visits I left feeling very unsatisfied. Server was friendly but seemed unenthusiastic and although clean and bright inside, the bathrooms had no paper towels and messy floor. The biggest difference between Panda Express and other local Chinese restaurants is that they have a reasonable dining area. But try Bamboo Creek or Oriental Garden instead. AT leas at those two you get a much bigger selection and they will work with you on special requests.

I went to Panda for a late lunch on 7/23/2018. I ordered the "BIg Plate" which consisted of 1 side and 3 items . The side portion was equivalent to a child's meal. The orange chicken was great but the teriyaki meat was dry and had no sauce on it. I think the problem was, the employee had me go sit down while they filled the order because the chow mein was not ready. I was not standing there watching them, so they thought, why not cut cost and give this customer half the food. I will not be going back anytime soon.
