Dunkin' Donuts UNCLAIMED

As far as Dunkin Donuts go this location is very good. I have not had problems with them being out and I always get quick service inside and at the drive thru. I like the sourdough breakfast sandwich and of course the donuts especially the churro flavor.

Came in for coffee and a box of donuts and everything was fresh and tasted good. The interior is very clean and modern looking and the workers were all very friendly and they had me in and out very fast.

It's quite nice and modern inside here but the staff could smile more... their service is good and fast but they never seem happy. No problemo with donuts and occasionally get breakfast sandwiches are good. I like the sourdough one.

I like this DDs... staff are always friendly and efficient and their donuts and coffee are fresh. It has a nice interior and is kept clean.

The outside patio is nice and the inside looked clean. Staff efficient but no smiles. Coffee was fresh but out of some donuts. Sausage croissant tasted good but was kind of wet. Hash rounds OK.

Ordered a Beyond Sausage breakfast sandwich and it took a long time to get, but tasted very good. Coffee was good but filled too high to the top I couldn't hold it without it spilling. Staff OK but could smile more. Happy at least they now have a vegan option.

The kids there (and all locations owned by this franchise) need to train / teach the children that work there what a cup of coffee actually is! We have repeatedly ordered senior coffees with (cream and SUGAR) and are always disappointed down the road when we try to drink it. Its too hot to sample at the window, and it would tie up others in line. Guess we'll have to request SUGAR and cream even after ordering it with the coffee at the kiosk.

I am reporting it here because their website takes you in circles when trying to leave a comment. Guess they don't want to hear from their customers.

Highlight of visit: "Coffee" I'd hate to ask them for a REGULAR coffee that would surely throw them off. Don't suppose their from up north at all.

Every time I have gone to the Palm Coast Dunkin Donuts location they either have an attitude or they mess up every order I have ever placed. I got a burnt bagel that feels like it isn't toasted and another bagel that is not toasted at all. I have worked at 4 different Dunkin locations and I know what it takes to do the job. This location has let me down a number of times.

Never had a problem here and always get good service. Donuts good and often get a breakfast sandwich which are very tasty. Like the atmosphere but sometimes parking busy and have to go up the side.
