    Their smoothie was quite good but there are better in Flagler Beach. People were nice but it does feel like a mlm herbalife type of pitch. They seem to have a lot of fitness events going on which some may like.

    Great option for shakes and healthy teas. Would totally recommend it Their customer service was also great and I even joined their fit hour class when I was in town

    This is a smoothie bar with a nice vibe and I like how the owner exuberates a lot of passion for what he does and seems to genuinely care about what we put in our bodies. The smoothie I had tasted great and did feel energizing and like it was doing some good, and their donuts are quite tasty. The location is awesome and it was definitely good enough to come back for more.

    Good location across from the beach but you do have to look out for it... it's next to the new Sip & Surf Coffee Shop. The people are very friendly and passionate about clean living, and offer a range of shakes, hot and cold teas, iced coffees and protein packed waffles. I just had an apple lit tea which was good with just the right amount of sourness. It felt like it did me good but I'll be back to try more. The place is lovely inside with nice color and fresh feel.
