I have noticed service not so enthusiastic and coffee not so good when one or two of the crew are on, but other times both are amazing. Their decor inside is gorgrous and the front patio has awesome views. The coffee and tea lattes have some cool flavors and all are delicious.

Tuesday, March 10 at 2:00pm I stopped for coffee and a sandwich. Three people were in line. The server took 30 minutes fixing 3 drinks and sandwiches while I waited. When it was my turn he said I couldn’t get a sandwich because he just turned the grill off as they were closing soon. It was 2:30, 30 minutes from closing. Also several groups came in after me and just gave up & left as the server SLOWLY & RELUCTANTLY made drinks. They were smart to give up. Wish I had.

I WANTED a sandwich but there was absolutely no desire or enthusiasm on the part of the server to make ANYTHING.

Small but beautiful and cozy inside, and the courtyard is wonderful with great ocean views. The service was slow but our drinks were worth the wait. My latte was amazing. The muffin didn't taste homemade and just like you'd get in Publix bakery. I will definitely be back from my latte fix though.

Great spot and service. The inside is very cool but small. The patio has ocean views and good seating. Their coffees are good, but they have very limited food options. Sip n Surf is very inactive online, which is a shame as it's a very Instagrammable place.

Good coffee and a Danish while chillin' on a beachfront patio... life is good!

A very cute coffee shop that serves some awesome coffees. The service was a little slow but was worth the wait. Only a small selection of food items offered like Danish and muffins. The inside has a very cool design and the front courtyard has views of the ocean. Great for coffee but fill up elsewhere.

We just discovered this little coffee shop which had amazing coffee and is cute as can be inside. It was too cold to enjoy the patio but it looked a great spot in hotter weather. Our drinks were excellent and chatting with another couple and the barista was lovely.

Definitely an Instagram friendly place and so cute with a lovely patio complete with a swing and ocean views. Service was very friendly and my coffee was excellent. Not too many food items for sale but the muffin I had was fresh. I would have liked to see more options.

Very cool place with awesome decor and a beautiful patio but it feels like it's on the way out. The food menu is very limited but the coffee is still very good. Had a latte with blueberry syrup that tasted much better than it sounds. The poke bowl place outfront has closed down, so I hope Sip & Surf will bounce back.

This was a great find and I had to review... the whole setup inside and out is amazing and it was the perfect place to start our day... really good coffee and fresh bagel and great service... I could have sat out there with coffee and a book all morning.

Very impressive setup with a cool inside and a great patio out front. Service was awesome and our coffees were all very good. We created our own lattes with syrups and I was surprised how good the lavender was. Wish we were around longer to try more.

The service was excellent and had a great latte and croissant. Can't beat the location right on Flagler Beach with a beautiful courtyard. On a gorgeous morning like this it's perfect!

The inside is gorgeous and the outside is super nice too with a porch swing and ocean views, but it was too cold and rainy to sit outside. Service is great and the coffee was excellent and breaky bagel was delicious.

Def a really nice place and very cool inside. Service was great and I ordered a large cappuccino which was good but needed to be stronger... not enough coffee taste for me and more milky. Friend had a chai latte which she loved. Weather was bad but the outside patio looked cool.

Loved the atmosphere inside but the outside is not so nice as it was with the food trailer thing in front. The girl serving and making drinks is friendly and a great asset. The dirty chai is very delicious. Muffin was good.

Great spot for a coffee shop, and I hear a wine bar at night too. Had a good latte and loved the decor and patio area. Lots of nice touches. Service could be more with a smile though.

New cool and trendy coffee spot along the beach. Great decor inside and out. Friendly people and good tasting coffees. Don't go to the chain places for your coffee, this is far better.

Not just coffee but wine and beer too. The inside space is gorgeous and the outside patio is a great place to relax and enjoy the views. The barista was very friendly and my coffee was very good, but I'd like to see a few more food options available.

You'll be surprised how they transformed this place as it's wonderful inside and has a lovely patio out front too complete with a swing. The staff are friendly and they serve the best tasting coffee I've had in FB. I believe it's a wine bar later in the day and evenings too with flatbreads etc, so will be back to check that out.

New oceanfront coffee shop still on a limited menu with an incredible Instagram friendly interior and patio. Their coffee is amazing and the staff awesome. Looking forward to trying it as a wine bar at night.
