This is one of my favorite spots in Flagler Beach... It's simple food but authentic and very tasty. I have been many times for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and I have never had a bad dish. Coffees and guava pastries are a must any time of day. Not many tables inside and the outside is ok if the weather is good. Nice views of the sea too.

Went for breakfast and had the Chorizo Breakfast Burrito and Cafe Con Leche and both were truly delicious! Took a Tres Leche home as it looked so yummy but I haven't tried it yet. Nice man serving and the restaurant has a cool vibe. Worth the drive from Matanzas Woods section.

Every Saturday morning I start my weekend off with breakfast here and it never disappoints. SOmetimes I'm the only person in there and other times it's busy, but the food is always consistent and delicious. The huevos rancheros is my most popular choice 😋 Usually just one guy out front so he it can take a while if busy, but I like the laid back Latin vibe which goes so well with the views.
Highlight of visit: The huevos rancheros are just like mom made.

This place takes me back to the Islands with its atmosphere, accented service, and of course, the food. Everything tastes great and is a frequent breakfast spot of mine. My only complaint is that I wish they had real coffee cups for those that dine in instead of styrofoam, and that they replace the glass in the window as half the windows make it almost impossible to see the ocean, which is such a waste.

We found the staff to be very personable and we like how everything is cooked fresh to order. The gauav pastries are so good I got extra to take home, and the Cuban coffee will definitely wake you up. Good beachfront location with wonderful views.

This is my husband and my favorite little place for breakfast on weekends. Staff have come to recognize us and we love the simple but friendly atmosphere. Their food is delicious and takes us back to our vacations in the Caribbean and Central America.

We stopped in for breakfast and loved the food. Customer service is very friendly and helped us decide on what to have. It's nice to have a more Latin style breakfast than the usual American packages and bacon eggs. Plus the coffee here is incredible and I was buzzing after 3 cups!

My first visit here wasn't too good but always willing to give a place a second try, and so glad I did as brunch today was awesome. The food was fresh and tasty and the staff very friendly. The hot chocolate was so good I could have drunk a gallon. Sitting by the window with a crystal clear day made the setting perfect.

After reading the rave reviews we decided to stop by for some takeout. We're sorry to say the food was not what we expected. The meal tasted heavily of lard and little else. The beans had an odd flavor to them, the rice was meh, the fried platanos were still raw inside, and the service was lackadaisical. Not worth the money paid.
Highlight of visit: No.

Just dropped in for a sandwich and some cake and left very happy. Their tripleta sandwich is out of this world and the tres leche is sooooooo good. My friend raved about the Cuban sandwich. Super great people with big smiles and a bright fun decor.

You won't find better coffee in Flagler Beach and the food is excellent. I've had breakfast and lunch here and you can't go wrong with either. Just make sure you save room for their tres leche or bread pudding. Both amazing.

A wonderful little place with very nice people and great views. Their Ropa Vieja is very tasty and all the sides especially the plantains were delicious. The BEST Cafe Con Leche ☕and Bread Pudding too! This is a small cafe with a big heart.

Review by Daniela, Fort Pierce 8/18/20235.0Food:Service:Atmosphere:
A small place with Cuban, Mexican and Puerto Rican foods. The gentleman serving was helpful and made us welcome. It is brightly painted like on the islands and we sat by the front where the view is nice of the ocean. My husband and me had all Cuban food platters and we very much liked the flavors and thought it was all cooked perfect. The beef was very soft and delicious. The tres leche is most specialty and best.

This has become a regular spot of ours as we like its authenticity and the food is delicious. I have tried many things on the menu and there hasn't been a bad dish yet. Their Ropa Veja is my favorite and not too salty like at most places and it definitely has that taste of Cuba. People are nice and always remember us, and it's very clean inside.

My husband and I like it here for breakfast as the food reminds us of vacations we had in Mexico and the Caribbean. It also has a nice laid back island feel, and the staff are welcoming and friendly. Limited seating inside but they have some window tables where you get great views. Always clean inside and smells great when you walk in.

Excellent Huevos Rancheros and good strong coffee. Authentic feel to the place and good views from the window tables. They are reasonably priced and nice peeps. Good breakfast option without all the fuss.

Dulce de Leche Cafe in Flagler Beach offers authentic Latin and Caribbean flavors with a focus on fresh, made-to-order dishes. Breakfast favorites like huevos rancheros, chorizo breakfast burritos, and Cuban sandwiches consistently receive praise, especially when paired with the café's strong Cuban coffee or guava pastries. The friendly staff and relaxed, island-inspired atmosphere complement the seaside views, creating a laid-back experience. While seating inside is limited and outdoor tables depend on the weather, many appreciate the casual vibe and efficient service, though wait times can increase during busy weekends. Some guests note that the takeout quality can vary, and there are occasional preferences for sturdier coffee cups and clearer ocean views through the windows. Overall, Dulce de Leche is appreciated for tasty, simple dishes that evoke Caribbean flavors.
