Review of Tony's Pizza by Sharon from Flagler Beach
We come here as it's one of the very few local restaurants that has good vegan options. The Balsamic Mushroom and the Happy Vegan pizzas are our favorites but everything has been delicious including the Bruschetta. The staff is friendly and will guide you through the menu and what can be veganized.
Highlight of visit: The vegan Balsamic Mushroom Pizza is my fav 🍕😋

Quite good pizza. Had two slices and they seemed fresh and tasted pretty good. Clean place with usual Italian theme and murals. The staff were friendly.

One of those strip mall pizza places with no personality. It's clean and nice enough inside, but there is no soul here! No Tony (Paulie) is welcoming you just a couple of women who although they did a good job, looked and acted like they had a little part in the restaurant and said the owner just appears occasionally to collect the money. We ordered some slices that were ok but doubt we'd return as there are many other far better choices for pizzerias around Flagler to choose from. It's a shame that the restaurant doesn't live up to the story.

Probably one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Ordered the large Margherita pizza and even though I had to wait 2 hours for it to be delivered it was worth every penny and every second waited. Hope to be back in Florida sometime and will definitely order it again.

We moved here a few months ago and been searching for the prefect pizza, and as much as we quite liked Tony's it's not our perfect pizza. The pie was above average and exceeded franchise pizzas but needed more flavor and we thought ingredients tasted frozen or canned. Service wasn't the best either and think our server was having a bad day. usual strip mall vibe inside with cliched picture and posters on the wall. Yawn! Recommend for an OK pizza that at least beats Doms or the Hut.

We have lived in Flagler Beach for quite a while and usually get take out pizza/wings from one of Tony's competitors. With the COVID-19 crisis, though, we were unhappy with the way delivery was being handled by two of our "usual" pizza/wings go-to companies. These competitors insisted on face to face contact at the door to sign for the charge, their delivery persons were not wearing masks, and one of them even coughed right before they knocked on the door. We decided to give Tony's a try last night and we were blown away. Not only by the quality of the food (as a NY-er I now think Tony's pizza is probably the most NY-like in the area), but by the care and consideration taken during the delivery. Tony allowed us to charge over the phone, tip on that charge, and the driver/delivery person simply knocked on the door and rang the bell to let us know the pizza was at the door. By the time we opened the door, the delivery person was already back a their car (even wearing a mask at such a distance), waving to us, and we never had to get close or touch any common materials aside from the pizza box. We are grateful that Tony's seems to "get it"... some of us are indeed taking the pandemic seriously and appreciate when our concerns are taken into consideration without any "eye-rolling" or carelessness. Thank you, Tony's!
