This is a great spot for breakfast... the French toast and pancakes are delicious. Customer service was very good with all staff helping each other out. So much on the menu it was hard to choose... that's why we will be back for breakfast again.

We give Hi Tulip top ratings for their breakfast which we have enjoyed many times, but first time here for lunch and it was a let down. Staff seemed like they were tired after a breakfast rush and lacked enthusiasm, and the kitchen felt like it had lost steam. My husband said his burger was dry and it looked thrown together, and my wrap just fell apart and I ended up eating it with a fork and knife. The fries tasted old. For breakfasts in the past they're a 5 but lunch today was 2-3. Maybe it was an off day but we'll always be back for breakfast especially for their crab benedict.

Awesome breakfasts and real coffee. Tulips have gotten me started each morning while in town. Each day I've had something different and it's all been excellent. I have to say the breakfast burrito was my favorite, but it's all been great. The staff are lvely for early morning and get me out the door fast and feeling full and ready for the day.

My mom and I went o Hi Tulip this morning and had the best breakfast that we've had out in a long time. I chose Tulip Benedict and mom had French Toast with a fruit cup, and everything was wonderful. It's also nice to see a selection of teas in a restaurant and the Bombay tea was delicious. Our server was sweet and the place has a warm atmosphere.

IMHO the best breakfast in town... I come here often and have done for years... everything on the menu is recommended but the crab benedict is my fave... their coffees are superb too. Their prices are very reasonable and the staff give good service. Tell them Amy sent you.

Hi Tulip has never disappointed and has been a must stop for breakfast whenever we're in Flagler Beach. The staff are friendly and on their game, and the food is consistently good. It can be quite fast paced but they don't rush you. Very good tea selection and great coffees.

Have been going here 2 Years now. Food is good and especially the Latte. A big cup, love it. I took the dog one morning and ate outside, enjoyed it. Gets busy sometimes and servers get to everyone. The omlettes are good, as well as the other items on the menu. Have a happy day.
Highlight of visit: The large Lattes.

We had the best breakfast here that we've had in a long time. The Crab Benedict is excellent and loved the macchiato. Service was friendly and swift and it has a nice retro feel to the dining room. Definitely a place we'd come back to.

They were very busy and we were seated after a short wait. Server arrived quickly and we ordered drinks. My wife's latte was very good but my regular coffee was very weak and flavorless. My wife had the garden omelette which was big and came with hashbrowns and a croissant, and I had the Tulip Benedict with Grits, and both of our breakfasts were excellent and delicious. Service was slow and apart from the terrible coffee, everything was fantastic. I thought the prices were also very reasonable and the final bill was less than we usually pay at Metro Diner or other places.

They have good days and some bad days here, but most we get good service and the food is tasty. I guess a lot depends on who is in the kitchen. They have a nice menu with breakfasts being their specialty, plus they have a good coffee and tea bar as well. Outside is nice if you don't focus o the car park so much.

Review by Gerry Ardila, Palm Coast 7/12/20244.0Food:Service:Atmosphere:
The food and servers are AWESOME, however the place is dated and does not look clean. It would be nice if the owners take care of the cafe as much as they do with the food. They can improve the seating area and modernized the looks. The restroom needs also some TLC. The culinary experience starts with the location. PLEASE GIVE TO YOUR CAFE SOME TLC !
Highlight of visit: The food is really good! Some waitresses can use more training .

We really liked the food here but the service was not good at all! We were seated and sat waiting for someone to come over until my friend finally got up and tracked down a server. Then no one ever apologized and was not very friendly. But the food was delicious and they have the best crab benedict I've ever had and my friend raved about the chicken & waffle, especially the blueberry butter and cajun syrup. If they can improve the customer service this would be a five star restaurant.
Highlight of visit: Both of our breakfasts of chicken & waffles and crab benedict were excellent

We really enjoyed brunch here this morning... my Lobster omelet was superb and my son loved his biscuits and gravy. Coffees are good with many syrup flavors to choose from. Very attentive service and nice atmosphere.

Our family of four went for breakfast. We were seated right away and had an amazing server. I had a veggie omelet, my husband had steak and eggs, and the kids had French toast and waffles, and everything was cooked just right and delicious. We thought the prices were very good as well and it has a nice lively atmosphere. Very happy we found Hi Tulip and we'll add to our favorite local places.

Everything was cooked so perfectly from the eggs to the nice crispy bacon and the blueberry pancakes... all yummy. Good traditional diner feel inside with warm and friendly service, and never an empty coffee cup. No beach views here but definitely delicious food.

This is a really great spot for breakfast with some interesting items on the menu and very good coffee, which is a must for me! Any of their benedicts or omelets are recommended. Well worth checking this place out.

The cafe offers a broad selection of coffees and teas, including strong lattes and Bombay tea. Service is generally friendly and efficient, especially during busy mornings, though some reviews note slower service or inconsistency during lunch hours. The atmosphere has a retro feel and a pleasant patio area, though a few guests have mentioned that the decor and cleanliness could use some updates.
