Review of Schnitzel Time by Max from Palm Coast
Very impressed with their brats and the service is very friendly. Didn't take too long to get our food and we took home as we live close by. Had brats from supermarkets but the first time from a German restaurant and there's definitely a big difference. Less bready and more meat. Their menu is quite small but it's just a tiny place on the side of a gas station.

We just ate here, and the food is excellent. An Army career spent mostly in Germany, and married to a German wife, we know German food. Quick, friendly service, and fair prices so check this place out.
Highlight of visit: Rahm schnitzel, and jaeger schnitzel with spaetzle were excellent.

Even though I never really found German food to be very exciting I always have to give new places a try. Staff were pleasant and although it's in a gas station, it feels quite nice inside. The food offerings are very typical with the usual schnitzel and bratwurst but I was pleased to see some interesting sounding sauces and a German mac & cheese piqued my interest. I went for the latter and a Currywurst with Pommed Frits, and I thought everything was quite good. I was also happy to see German beer available! I hope they do very well here! The fact that I can walk here from my home is a big plus too!

There seems to be a run locally on small specific restaurants that are mostly pickup and takeout
places, which is fine for this type of food and something I quite welcome. This week we did Beachside Gyros, Stoked Poke, and today Schnitzel Time. Although all completely different food, they offer limited menus with a focus on just a couple of dishes, and here it's schnitzel and sausages, or bratwurst. Both are available in rolls with a variety of traditional sides and sauce options. The schnitzel is quite dry and needs a sauce or gravy, and I recommend the bell pepper sauce. The brats are a little one dimensional without a condiment and I opted for sauerkraut. We took our food to a nearby park to eat by the canal and had ourselves a feast of a picnic. The food was very good. The brat was my favorite and probably one of the best I've had, and the schnitzel was tasty it was a little tough and maybe over cooked. The staff at Schnitzel Time appeared to all be German and appeared to be overwhelmed, which is understandable as it was busy and they're still getting used to the system. I do like this new trend of niche specialty restaurants and hope we see a lot more pop up locally.

Forget this place is in a gas station, the food is authentic and very good. Went twice in 3 days because I liked it so much. Had a brat roll the first time and a schnitzel the next and thought they were both great. Kraut on the dog was good and the spaetzle was tasty.

I think they're still finding their feet and seem disorganized with people standing around all over, but their food is very good. Dogs are large and meaty and schnitzel is impressive. Just a bad location I think.

Definitely tasted authentic! I was stationed in Germany and this food here is close to what I had over there. Just need a big stein of beer 🍺

Loved it and wish we had more places like this in our neighborhood. This would have been a great fit in the European Village. Everything was delicious. Took a while to get but worth the wait. Online ordering not working yet.

I agree with the parking. We couldn't park and came back later but it should be better when the opening honeymoon period ends. The staff are very inviting and seem proud of their offerings. The food is very good here, and although it's mostly rolls, dogs, etc. there's a good variety and very filling. Being close to my house is a plus so maybe I'll walk next time. Welcome to the neighborhood Schnitzel Time 👏

Food was beyond expectations. Schnitzel was tender and crisp, bell pepper gravy was excellent. Can't wait to see what they add to their menu! Definitely will return!

Very welcome addition to Palm Harbor F Section... didn't have very high expectations being in a gas station, but they were far exceeded. Brats are huge and tasty with just the right meat/fat ratio. Mac & Cheese is well worth getting. People are very cool and if they maintain this level of quality they'll have me as a customer for life.

They're off to a great start! Had lunch here and the food was excellent and very filling. I had the Bratwurst roll with sauerkraut side. The service couldn't have been better and I wish them success here.
Highlight of visit: The Bratwurst Roll was very meaty, tasty, and filling.

First off, the parking, or lack thereof, is going to be a problem here! In fact it already is. I can see the gas station owners getting pissed off with Schnitzel Time patrons taking up all the spaces and parking on the back wall. But once inside, it's a very nice place and the service is friendly. The food is outstanding and these guys know how to make a great sausage! Great sides too, especially the spaetzle. The Currywurst is a must try and will keep me coming back... if I can find a parking 😉
