Great atmosphere and customer service. Margaritas were great and food was good, the guacamole was fresh but at $10 I thought it was pricey. It maybe had two 75c avocados in it! The steak Fajitas were better value and tasted good. Plenty of meat and extras and they bought more tortillas for .99c. Overall we had a good time and will come back again.

I'm a vegetarian and I would come here often as they had a few good options, but some like the veg fajitas have disappeared from the menu, so I'm disappointed. The avocado enchiladas are still there and are very good, and of course the chips and salsa and corn esquite are very tasty, but that's about all I'm limited to now. Their cocktails are delicious the service is good. I know I'm in the minority but more than one entree option would be nice.

Cool colorful atmosphere and good service, but the food could do with more flavor. Portions were good and the quality was there, but we found that everything we ordered was very lightly seasoned and spiced. Things like the guac which aren't usually highly seasoned, were all very good, but like the sauce on the burrito was like tomato sauce with just a hint of cumin. They did make some great margaritas though.

We visit often and find the food to be consistent and the servers are energetic and polite. There are many dishes we like on the menu, and I agree they're not very authentic, but they're still tasty and they have good portions. I like their chimichangas and carne asada. They also have some great margaritas and I love the jalapeno one.

I like Cantina Louie but on more than one occasion they have mixed up my credit card and given it back to someone else! This happened again last night! Very careless and pisses me off! I hear another customer walking around calling my name with my card in her hand! Go touchless, it's 2026! Margs and fajitas were good though.

Come here for the drinks and the atmosphere as the food isn't that great. It looks good but it just doesn't have much flavor. Great place to get some margs with chips and salsa though. Bar staff are cool and it has an atmosphere that's hard to feel bad in.

We like Cantina Louie's atmopshere and their staff are very good, but we find the food to be very toned down. It isn't bad, just not very Mexican and if you go not expecting that, then it's good. They also make excellent margs and the have good specials.

We like Cantina Louie's for the atmosphere and great margs, and the food is good but I wish they would just crank up the Mex seasoning and spice flavor. The Supreme Burrito is tasty and the chimichurri steak tacos are good.

While I thought the vibe was great and the waitress was excellent, I was disappointed with the food. I don't eat meat so I ordered the queso dip and vegetable fajitas. The queso was thick and lumpy, and the fajitas were mostly corn and had no flavor at all. I expected that Mexican smokey taste you usually get with fajitas but it wasn't there, just like a bag of mixed frozen veg on a sizzling pan. The ones at Salsas are so much better. Their salsa is good though and I really liked the margaritas.

Just ate here for Taco Tuesday. It was busy but got a table ok. It's a big restaurant with cool graphics and lighting. Our server was great and knew her stuff. Had a selection of tacos and loved them all. Chorizo one was my fave. Good salsa and queso and came with plenty of chips. Margaritas are the star here. My sombrero is off to Cantina Louie, whoever he is.

Big selection of margaritas and great tacos. This is my girlfriend's and my favorite spot to chillax. Service is great and the atmosphere fun. We like that they have lots of good small plate and taco options so we can share and have variety. Being walkable from my house is a big plus too!

Service at the bar not too good... kept being overlooked by the girl serving who seemed more focused on a bunch on guys on the other end. Food was good though and came out very fast. Always like the atmosphere here!

Cantina Louie was one of the places we found open today for Easter Sunday and it was quite busy. Service and food were good but not up to its usual standard. Fajitas had good sizzle but really didn't have any seasoning and little flavor. I do like the esquite corn. My wife created a Burrito Bowl and again said it needed seasonings. I'm grateful they were open today though.

Cantina Louie in Palm Coast offers a lively atmosphere with attentive, friendly service and a focus on cocktails, especially their margaritas and mezcal-based drinks. Guests appreciate the fresh guacamole, chips, salsa, and corn esquite, along with hearty dishes like steak fajitas, chimichangas, and carne asada. Vegetarian options are limited, with avocado enchiladas being a recommended choice. The food tends to be mild and less authentic in Mexican seasoning, which some find lacking in bold flavors, but portions are generous and consistent. Customers note the value in meat dishes and enjoy the bar specials. A minor service drawback has been occasional mix-ups with credit cards, which some have found frustrating. Overall, Cantina Louie provides an enjoyable place for drinks and casual dining with a colorful, upbeat vibe.
