These are ok but too thick and cakey for me. I bought a box to give as an office gift and they all liked them. Just not for me. Staff were very nice though and the box was pretty. 2 stars from me and 5 from the others.

If they have the Dubai Chocolate Cheesecake cookies when you're there - they are a MUST order 😋😋😋 Always love coming to Crumbl and trying new flavors, but have to restrain myself. It's a spotless shop with friendly and fast service.

I like how clean the place is and how you can see the cookie production in the back. As for the cookies, some are hits, and some are too excessive for me. I think a cookie is too much if I can't finish it. Although some are very sweet, they are tasty, but expect a more cake-like and thicker texture. Staff are very good, but be warned that they do NOT accept cash.

Staff are always friendly and it's a very clean space - I like how you can see the prep and baking areas. Best if using their app and cookies are always fresh and delicious. I like how they revolve the flavors each week. They are pricey though.

These really are very good cookies and I like how they change them up each week. My only complaint is that they never look as pretty as they do in the app or in photos. Wonderful concept though and I haven't had one I didn't like yet.

First time here and to be honest none of this week's cookies really appealed to me, so I just ordered the Chocolate Chunk which was big and tasted good, not too sweet which is good. Staff were nice and explained new cookies will be available next week but wouldn't hint at what they will be yet. The place was clean and pinky but the balloons inside were very dirty and grungy looking.

Cookies were very good and thicker than average. Some good flavors on offer this week and really liked the cheesecake one. It was busy and the line a little disorganized but staff handled orders quickly.

My cookies weren't as nicely decorated as they looked in photos with my Strawberry Shortcake one looking like a kid decorated it, plus they are very indulgent so I could only eat one for now. Customer service was good bot I thought the cookies were on the expensive side.

Great customer service and delicious cookies 😋🪠The cookies have a great texture, and you get new flavors each week. The box is so pretty. The only downside was the lack of parking, but the walk will help with the calories LOL

Not quite what I expected but as I thought it was more like a cafe with coffee and tea with cookies, but it's just more of a counter service place with nowhere to sit and no coffee. They rotate flavors so you get what's on offer but the ones I had were very good. These are sugar type cookies but thicker with a nice chew. They're not cheap but one alone is quite a treat and filling. They have a busy crew there and staff were friendly and smiling.

Yay!! They're finally open and I'm happy. Busy place with staff actively baking and making and offering good customer service. They didn't quite look like they did in the pictures, but they did taste amazing. Pricey though!

Very nice inside with a very cheery atmosphere and staff. The current flavors didn't quite appeal to me so much so I just had two chocolate chip cookies, which were good but very thick and kind of gooey, which I'm sure some like but I like a crispier cookie. I'll check flavors online for next time.

New store so nice and clean and bright, and the customer service is helpful and friendly. They revolve about 6 cookie flavors weekly and they have a good app for ordering. I had 6 and tried 2 so far and they were delicious with a nice texture.

I should have known better than to go on opening day as the lines were crazy! But it had a fun atmosphere and you can see the bakery section from the counter area. Their cookies are pricey at nearly $5 and not very many flavors, none of which really appealed to me but I bought a box of 6 for my family who definitely didn't complain.
