I do like Jersey Mike's subs but feel guilty when I visit this location for not going to one of the independent sandwich shops. Customer service is excellent and my subs always taste great and fresh.

They have a great crew at the Palm Coast location and they make some good sandwiches. My only complaint is the provolone that they use has no flavor, and is just there for texture. Parking can be a challenge sometimes too.

If slicing the ham in front of you is supposed to produce that deli feeling, it doesn't work as my sandwich was still just an average sub that definitely did not have that fresh deli taste. Just a gimmic that slows the line down. Publix and JP's have much better subs and at better prices.

I'm sorry but I just don't get the appeal of Jersey Mike's. I have tried twice now and find their sandwiches flavorless and not the best bread either. Almost any other place that sells sandwiches is better. Very average IMHO.

Nothing to rave about! No personal service and you feel like you're part of an assembly line. The bread was kind of soggy and the sandwich was padded with tons of lettuce. Could only taste vinegar and nothing else.

I'm not too sure what all the hoopla is about Jersey Mike's. It just seems like an average sub shop to me and I have definitely had better in Palm Coast, including at Publix or Knuckles. The slicing of the meats is just a gimmick and doesn't make the meats taste any better, they're still just a hunk of processed meat. Don't get me wrong, my sandwich was OK, but all the hype set them up to be much better which they really aren't.

If you have been to a Jersey Mike's up north then you'll notice a difference at this Palm Coast location. Details are off and you can taste the difference, but I guess that's the way it is down here and not necessarily bad, just different. Service was friendly but seemed a little overwhelmed. Good enough for a quick lunch I guess.

This is a nice option to have in the neighborhood. The subs aren't bad and I like how they slice the meat in front of you, but it's still just a hunk of processed deli meat. My biggest complaint is that their subs are way too bready with not enough filling. If you have the time, I suggest going a short distance away to JP's Deli Bistro, where you'll get a sub far superior for the same price.

Unfortunately, this wasn't the experience I was expecting at Jersey Mikes. The line was kind of long and not well organized and the staff behind the counter seemed flustered. One girl was clearly having a bad day and was not polite, and then one of the guys working sounded like he was belittling one customer. I had a simple order which I received OK, but the sandwich wasn't really anything special and didn't live up to the hype. I was also expecting to eat inside but it was not pleasant so I ate back at my desk. They've been open a while now but I hope they're still working out some issues. I gave average stars all around and I wouldn't recommend it because Publix is very close and you get a better sandwich in there for less money and the service is much nicer.

The car park is pure hell! The restaurant is small and kind of cramped and the line to order was to the door. After fighting the car park I decided to wait it out! Was it worth it? Not really LOL The sandwich was good but not worth the hassle I had to go through to get it. However, I would visit again on a quieter day. TBH it was a good sub, but it just wasn't good enough to wait so long for and battle that ghastly parking lot. Whoever designed that thing needs firing!!!

Review by Jack, Palm Coast 2/15/20234.0Food:Service:Atmosphere:
Staff were very nice and the line went down fast. Sandwich was good, not outstanding, but everything was fresh and tasted good. I was hoping to eat in but it's a small place and the line snaked around the few dining they do have which wouldn't make eating there very enjoyable. So had to eat in the car which is not my favorite thing to do.

It wasn't very busy so thought I'd try a sub here. The counter staff were nice enough and I ordered a Supreme Club. I like that a guy was slicing the meats fresh, and the ingredients looked fresh. It was about 2 hours before I got to eat it and thought it was quite good. I think the bread let it down and it seemed very flavorless and when I tried a piece on its own it definitely was bland and needed salt. It was a fresh tasting sandwich though and I would go back to try something else.

This was my first time at Jersey Mike's and after all the great comments I expected more. It is a very small shop with just two tables and the ordering line kind of snaked to the counter which looked a bit of a disaster with lettuce and stuff all over it. I don't recall the name of what I ordered and just called out the number of a sub that sounded good to staff, and although it took a long time to get to this point, it didn't take very long for them to assemble. I have to say the sandwich was not any better than what I usually get at Publix. The bread is very soft and I like it crustier, and I really didn't taste anything but lettuce which there were copious amounts of in it, and couldn't really identify much else. Maybe I ordered a dud and will try again after I had time to study the menu more. In the meantime, I'll continue to visit Publix who rocks when it comes to subs!

So, I loved the staff, loved my sub, loved the decor, but HATED the parking! That car park has the worse design and is too condensed for the number of popular businesses there. I have always liked Jersey Mikes and so happy we have our own in Palm Coast.
Highlight of visit: Love just a good Club Sub - simple but delish.

My first visit to a Jersey Mikes and thought the sandwich really lived up to the hype and expectations. For veg heads like me the Grilled Portabella Mushroom with Swiss a must! Really delicious! The restaurant is smaller than I thought but clean and the staff were welcoming and helpful.
Highlight of visit: The Grilled Portabella Mushroom with Swiss was a truly tasty sub.

Yea they're finally open! I'd go to the one in Daytona whenever I could so no need now. Always get the cold Jersey Shore Fav Mike's way. Bread and all the filling so fresh. Staff here are fabulous and managed to smile through the long line. I'm sure it will settle down eventually and we can get in and out much faster.

First time coming to a Jersey Mikes's and I thought it was far better than Subway or Firehouse. Every sub at Subway has the same strange taste to them, and Firehouse are too wet and meat heavy, but I have to say the sub I had here yesterday was excellent... the roll was perfect and you could taste the ingredients which were fresh and filled just right. The inside is just your usual fast casual environment but nice, and the service is friendly and enthusiastic.
Highlight of visit: I got a Supreme Club and was very impressed.

Jersey Mike's Subs in Palm Coast offers a quick, inexpensive option for sandwich lovers, with fresh ingredients and friendly staff often praised in reviews. The Grilled Portabella Mushroom & Swiss gets positive mentions, though some find the provolone cheese lacking in flavor. Reviews note that while the deli-style slicing is intended to enhance freshness, the subs sometimes come off as average and overly bready with too much lettuce or processed meat. Service is usually attentive but can occasionally feel rushed or overwhelmed during busy times. The small space and limited parking can cause congestion, making visits less comfortable. Overall, it's a convenient spot for a straightforward sub, though some local alternatives are preferred for more flavor and value.
