Sonny's Real Pit BBQ UNCLAIMED

Now Woody's has gone I come up here to Sonny's for my BBQ and I'm liking it more. I switch up plates or sandwiches and always happy with my meal. Good corn bread and beans.

I come here with my co workers once or twice a month and we always have a good feed. The staff are great and there's room to spread out. I usually get the pit combo with pulled pork and ribs or chicken, and beans and slaw. They do great garlic toast and I like their sweet sauce.

I visit this Sonny's often as the crew I'm on likes to come here at least once a week for lunch. I do like it it but I find that about every third visit is on not good! I like the ribs but sometimes they're just awful and taste dry, tough and old! I like most of their side items and I will say that they have great customer service. They also have big tables to accommodate us all.

Did a big order for a family gathering and they got everything right. Family all liked the food and there was plenty for everyone. Mix of meats and all tender and tasted great. Sides were fresh and everyone was happy.

The service at his Sonny's is awesome and I like the big booths. Their BBQ is pretty good and I usually get the pork 3 ways. Cheese curds are a good starter. Great slaw! Good location.

I like Sonny's... today I had the loaded tots which were awesome and the pulled pork plate with slaw, beans and fries... all very good. The young lady serving was terrific and service was fast.

Our server was very friendly and chatty and a good brand person for Sonny's. We thought the food was very good for a chain. The meats had a good BBQ smokey flavor and not dried out, and all of the sides were tasty. Their sauces are good and I liked missing to create a sweet and spicy one. The booths are spacious and it was nice and clean including the restrooms.

Got the pork 3 ways with a baked sweet potato and beans for lunch and enjoyed every bite. Got good service and was happy with everything including the price.

Much love for Sonny's! The loaded tots are awesome and great BBQ. Pulled pork and ribs are the best! Wish they had a spicier BBQ sauce but the sweet is good. The crew that work at this Sonny's are excellent.

Sonny's has quite good BBQ and their service is always very friendly and efficient. I like their pulled pork best and the sweet sauce. Good slaw! Cold beers. With Woody's closed we don't have many choices for BBQ in Palm Coast anymore.

I wish they would bring the salad bar back, but the BBQ is still good and they have excellent table service. Good sandwiches and I like the Cuban and Whole Hog ones. Nice French fries.

Good dependable BBQ and great hospitality. I have tried most things on the many love the years and the only thing I wouldn't order again is the smoked turkey as it's too dry. Plenty of good sides to choose from, sauces on the table, and you get a nice big cup with the drinks.

I really liked the BBQ Pork & Ribs combo plate I had here and the beans and dirty rice sidekicks were awesome. Great sauces too! The server was very friendly and full of energy. I wish they'd bring the salad bar back but Sonny's is still a great spot.

Sonny's has some good BBQ and often grab lunch here where they get you fed quite fast with efficient and friendly service. Good sandwiches especially the grilled cheese brisket. All the sides are tasty and their fries are awesome.

Highlight of visit: The grilled cheese brisket or the sweet Carolina are great sandwiches.

I miss their salad bar but their BBQ is still very good and the service is friendly. Good sized portions and meats tender. Nice selection of sides. The men's room was very clean.

Ribs were really good and love those corn nuggets 😋 Impressed with the quality of service... this is a well run place.

Our waitress was very cool, smiled a lot, and made sure we were taken care of. The BBQ at Sonny's is really tasty and the ribs were tender and the chicken juicy. All the sides are good especially the fries and beans. It's fun to mix the sauces. Texas toast is good.

We had some really good BBQ here... customer service was super friendly and attentive... portions are big and they have plenty of side options. Pulled pork had good flavor and love the sweet BBQ sauce. The restaurant feels spacious and well BBQ themed.

I have been to other Sonny's restaurants and this Palm Coast location is the best. Lots of spacious tables and nice atmosphere, and the service is always very friendly. I always change my order when I go and never disappointed but my favorite is the Pulled Pork, but I also really like their sandwiches and the baked beans are awesome.

Lunch was very good. The sampler platter was a good variety and all the meats had a great smokey flavor and were tender and moist. Love their coleslaw and baked beans. Service was excellent and they have a good atmosphere. Went back to the office smelling of BBQ though lol

Highlight of visit: The Sonny's Sampler gives a good variety of meats at a decent price. Didn't get the server's name, but she was really excellent.
