Rustic Dough is well hidden and we drove around the plaza twice before we found it. The staff were very welcoming once inside and we had a really good pizza. They use a sourdough crust which is good texture wise but didn't taste sour at all. Toppings were fresh and good seasonings. The cheesecake we shared for dessert was superb.

Firstly, glad a restaurant is open in this spot now instead of the previous place, which was just weird. We shared a white pie which was very good with just the right amount of 'char' on the crust that I like, and they also have a great selection of cheesecakes and desserts that shouldn't be missed. Customer service is friendly and although it has a typical strip mall vibe, it's clean and has cheerful artwork.
Highlight of visit: The bianco pie was very good and the cheesecake was excellent.

We've had their pizza and it was very good, but their breakfast was disappointing. We found that everything from the cinnamon roll to the omelet was either undercooked or overcooked, and nothing was just right. The cinnamon roll was burnt underneath and the omelet was not set yet and very off putting. As I said their pizza was very good and the best in town, and the chicken marsala was an amazing twist on the classic. I hope they get their breakfasts sorted out as it's bringing them down.

We have been to the Rustic in Flagler Beach but this location lacks the character and the quality of food was not as good. I hope they pull it up because it's in a good spot and more convenient for us, and we will try them again in a few weeks.

Great food and service. Sunshine was an incredible host and the atmosphere was welcoming. The sourdough toast was fantastic.
Highlight of visit: Sunshine was friendly and everything we tried was great.

Apart from their awful confusing Ai facebook memes, Rustic Dough Works is a good welcome addition to Palm Coast, especially for the breakfast options. The bagel was a disappointment, but of all our breakfast were very good. Service is friendly but slow. Hoping the owner is not spreading himself too thin between Flagler Beach and Palm Coast. Not tried their pizza yeet but heard good things, so will try next time.

We had bagels and cinnamon buns made with sourdough which were excellent. They have Lavazza coffee which is a big plus. Waitress very nice and efficient, and it looks like they're making good use of this cafe. Looking forward to trying the infamous pizza one day. A good addition to this underserved part of town.

It's about time someone actually used this facility as a restaurant, the previous bakery was never open and unreliable. Rustic looks like it will be a great place. We just had breakfast here and it was excellent. It tasted great and very fresh bagles. The service was very friendly although they are only in sift opening, I think it will be an amazing place.
