We've had their pizza and it was very good, but their breakfast was disappointing. We found that everything from the cinnamon roll to the omelet was either undercooked or overcooked, and nothing was just right. The cinnamon roll was burnt underneath and the omelet was not set yet and very off putting. As I said their pizza was very good and the best in town, and the chicken marsala was an amazing twist on the classic. I hope they get their breakfasts sorted out as it's bringing them down.

We have been to the Rustic in Flagler Beach but this location lacks the character and the quality of food was not as good. I hope they pull it up because it's in a good spot and more convenient for us, and we will try them again in a few weeks.

Great food and service. Sunshine was an incredible host and the atmosphere was welcoming. The sourdough toast was fantastic.
Highlight of visit: Sunshine was friendly and everything we tried was great.

Apart from their awful confusing Ai facebook memes, Rustic Dough Works is a good welcome addition to Palm Coast, especially for the breakfast options. The bagel was a disappointment, but of all our breakfast were very good. Service is friendly but slow. Hoping the owner is not spreading himself too thin between Flagler Beach and Palm Coast. Not tried their pizza yeet but heard good things, so will try next time.

We had bagels and cinnamon buns made with sourdough which were excellent. They have Lavazza coffee which is a big plus. Waitress very nice and efficient, and it looks like they're making good use of this cafe. Looking forward to trying the infamous pizza one day. A good addition to this underserved part of town.

It's about time someone actually used this facility as a restaurant, the previous bakery was never open and unreliable. Rustic looks like it will be a great place. We just had breakfast here and it was excellent. It tasted great and very fresh bagles. The service was very friendly although they are only in sift opening, I think it will be an amazing place.

Rustic Dough Works in Palm Coast offers a varied menu with notable strengths and some uneven moments. The pizza receives consistent praise for its quality, often described as among the best in town. Breakfast items like bagels, cinnamon rolls made with sourdough, and sourdough toast are generally well liked, though a few reviews note occasional inconsistencies such as burnt or undercooked dishes. Coffee brewed with Lavazza beans is a welcomed highlight. Service is typically friendly and attentive, with Sunshine recognized as an exceptional host, though some mentions suggest it can be slow at times. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, contributing to a pleasant dining experience. While some feel this location hasn't fully matched the character of the Flagler Beach original, Rustic Dough Works remains a promising presence in an area previously underserved for dining options.
