The mushroom Swiss burger was good… liked the bun. Their cheese curds are awesome. Staff friendly and usual fast food ambiance.

One complaint: we ordered a shrimp dinner and a Cod Sandwich. Cashier verified that cocktail sauce was ok for shrimp. She never asked anything regarding the sandwich. When food was delivered, my wife noticed that the sandwich was dry. She went back to the cashiers and asked for tartar sauce for her sandwich and was charged $.35 for what should have been included on the sandwich. This was a very poor policy. They provide ketchup and other condiments but charge for tartar sauce. Food was good, but just by principle (extra charge for tartar sauce on a sandwich is not acceptable).

Just stopped in as I was craving a milk shake and heard theirs are really good, but I was kind of disappointed. First the ordering at the counter was very disorganized with no coherent lines and everyone jumbled up. The staff were nice enough but did nothing to try and gain some order. I gues this the masses in a fast food joint these days!!! The shake itself was gummy and had little flavor, even with malt. Just not very enjoyable and it went in the trash. Now I remember why I stopped visiting fast food restaurants.

I have never had any food here as I just come for the frozen custard or milkshakes which are awesome! The vanilla malt takes me back. Ordering can take awhile and not good if in a rush.

Although the burgers are delicious and I really like their malts, the ordering system inside is always very unorganized whenever I go there. Today there were two registers open and neither had orderly lines at them and people cutting in and out. Drive thru is slow too.

Nice and clean and spacious inside and the young lady serving was very friendly and welcoming. Tried the Mushroom Swiss Butter Burger which was very good and definitely quite a feast. Really like the buns they use and the Crinkle Cut Fires were excellent. Overall, a good meal for fast food and will return.

This will be our 4th visit and each one has been a wonderful experience with a friendly staff, quality food and cleanliness. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Best fast food in this town! Been there many times and my order was ALWAYS hot and correct! Went inside a couple of times and the woman cleaning tables was amazing! Brought us our condiments and anything else we needed! Great food Great service!

Food was slow coming out but I liked the taste of my Big Cheese Pub Burger... I like that they use havarti cheese and the garlic mayo is a nice touch. The Crinkle Cut Fries could of been warmer but still quite good.

First time here and as far as fast food goes, it was very good and I really liked my burger. The onion rings are awesome too. Sat outside and area needed cleaning with full garbage cans etc.

Got the Sourdough Melt and loved it! Liked the bread much better than a regular burger. Not greasy and nice flavors. Service was OK and the seating area was clean.

Three times in a row, drive thru and something is always missing. For this price everything should be perfect. Don't end up being like our local Popeyes or burger king. I will you back because the food is yummy but i will never drive away without checking everything is there. I will recommend that everyone check your bag before you pull away for sure.

Took a bunch of kids here and they all loved their sandwiches, but I was pissed off when I ordered the Harvest Burger which is a veggie burger, and it taste very good, to discover after that it contained egg! Can't these people make a burger out of veggies like everyone else?

Quiet when i was there so service was very good and fast and I was in and out quick. Burger was quite good and beats MCd's etc., but not up to restaurant quality. I did like the Chili and the malt shake was good too and took me back.

After reading negative posts, we almost didn’t try Culver’s. That would have been a mistake. We loved the hamburgers, onion rings and crinkly fries. I don’t understand why some people didn’t like Culver’s. When we want burgers in Palm Coast from a fast food restaurant, Culver’s is our new go/to place. We were not at all disappointed. Nothing wrong with the service and no long wait

As fast food burgers go it's good! The Pretzel Haus Burger is a great tasting sandwich but can be messy. Their fries are crinkle cut which is nice. Do check your order before driving always as it's often wrong.

This was the Palm Coast location and the last time we went, Saturday 5/23 was terrible. we usually get a good meal here but not that day. Both of our meals were tasteless, one fish sandwich and a burger, so that was hard to believe. Had to wait for our food which was not hot when we got it. The server said i didn't see your number up there. My husband saw her walk past it three times. Very very disappointing. I filled out a survey and got no response even though I requested it. We eat at the St Augustine and Ormond Beach locations and they are much better.

Wish I had gone to McDonald’s! And I hate them! The chicken strips were formed, thin, overcooked! I’ve eaten at the original Culver’s in Wis. so I know their product! This was awful, awful! I wasted $27.00

I'm no burger fan so had the fish n chips which turned out to be excellent. As good as in any restaurant. Custard was delicious. Service did the job. and same old fast food interior but was clean and bright. Big patio out front was nicer.

Have been there 3 times thru drive thru.
1st time got my food had to pull to the side wait 10 minutes for our shakes.
2nd Time order was wrong, had to pull up and wait about 15 min.
3rd and last time, pulled to speaker to order after the car in front of me. See the car in the other line come and place there order, I yell and someone says I'm cashing you have to wait. Now 4 cars get order before me. I tell the Manger I'm going to write A bad review and forward to the board of directors. He says, Oh well and I still had to wait 10 minutes pulled to the side for my food, but they never brought my 2 shakes out that took about 7-8 minutes later.
Nothing like a cold burger and a half melted shake.
Customer Service is lousy and the attitude of the Mangement needs to be replaced .
