McDonald's UNCLAIMED

Every time I eat McD’s I hate myself and say never again. Always feel bad after and it really doesn’t taste good to me anymore. One day I’ll finally take my own advice.

I was actually pleased with my last order. Quarter pounder was fresh and not squished, and the fries were hot and crispy and not greasy. Servers at the windows were friendly. I like how the grounds here are clean and unlittered.

First time in a McD's for years but I had one of those Mac attacks that wouldn't go away. Went inside and the place smelt like old grease. Employees are like androids and my burger and fries did not taste anything like I remember, and the patties had a weird texture. Next time I won't give in to a Mac attack and I'll get a real burger at a real restaurant.

The location is Ok and service wasn't too bad but all of the food had an odd taste to it. Coffee was good. The floor needed mopping.

It seems like McDonald's in general is trying to separate the customers as much as possible from the staff. No personal experience or friendly welcoming smiles here! Just all down to business and you leave with a bag of dull food and feeling very unappreciated. I'm done with this place!!

I received very good service here today. I had an issue with my order but the young lady serving went the extra mile to correct it and to apologize. We had a complicated order with several kids being fussy and she just made sure they were all happy. The food was good as expected for a McD's but the prices are really going up... it's no longer a cheap meal for large families.

Went through for breakfast this morning and the new lanes were very disorganized and slow. I'm sure the building is much better inside but the drive up system sucks and food was about the same as it always was. At least they got my order right.

Their new building is now open and has some pros and cons... the driveway s further down which is better for traffic but like other McDonald's they have two order lanes going into one which I'm sure reduced the line length but increases the wait time and creates frustration. I didn't go inside the new restaurants but it looked nice and I'm sure everything is new and clean, but service is the same as it ever was with missing items and a nonchalant attitude by staff. I will admit that once my order was corrected the food was hot and fresh and did taste good... at least as good as McDonald's gets LOL

Seriously disappointing breakfast. Order messed up. Staff unapologetic and had attitude. All I did was order breakfast fro my family and for some reason I'm the bad guy??? I totally give up on this poor excuse for a restaurant.
