Ruby Tuesday PERMANENTLY CLOSED

A frequent visitor of ruby's , great salad bar, clean restaurant and good management. They always make me feel welcome every time i'm there!!

I was happpy until i asked my server for a togo box, but he took my food away to put in in a togo box.and another sever walks by and thows a napkin in my food and my server still box it up and gave it to me. Because my husband was with me i did not say anything , when i got home i thew it away and i will not go back there The server told my husband what steak to order and it was not good. My husband will not eat fat and he found a lot of fat on the s steak.

I am very dissapointed with Ruby Tuesdays. The service is average at best and the quality of food is poor especially considering their prices, which are average to high.

Food was not bad, but is was so depressing to walk to our car and pass seven employees standing behind the building, smoking, poor managment!

First time there. I was happy. Staff a little young. They will learn. Jason was very good. Good luck with Palm Coasters. You will need it.

The food was all right, but that wasn't what made it great. Our server was the most pleasant child we've come across in a while. Victoria made us feel at home and made sure we were well taken care of. Even my wife liked her!

I thought was just OK. The bread on my sandwich didn't seem too fresh. Service wasn't too bad but the wait to get the check seemed to take forever. We noticed that there was one computer the staff were using and they were all lined up waiting for their turn. Didn't appear to be a very productive situation for them

Best selection of food groups in p.c. great sandwiches, great salad bar, service was top notch and the atmosphere is lively, but you can hold an intimate conversation. glad to see them here.

Well I finally got around to checking this place out and I was very disapointed. The service was friendly but not very attentive. My sandwich was dry and didn't seem particularly fresh. I was told they had a fantastic salad bar but I guess it had a day off when I was there as it was nothing grand whatsoever! For the overall price, I'd say this is not good value or anything to be excited about at all.

The food is excellent, I have never had a bad meal; and I love the salad bar. At times the food prep time seems a little slow, but the it is worth the wait. The wait staff is excellent! They are always very friendly, especially Danny and John. They always remember my husband and myself and make sure to stop at our table to say "hi." Ruby Tuesday is our FAVORITE place to dine out in Palm Coast.

Food Has Always Been Just what I Wanted! Been There Many Times And Food Is Alway Great And Consistant.

Staff Is Friendly,Helpful And Good Attutude. Other Resturants In Palm Coast Should Take Lessons There.

Excellent service, food was served hot and in large portions, couldnt finish it all. Very fresh salad bar that you can add on to any meal for $2.19....you will not leave there hungry. Marc was an awesome waiter, super friendly, highly recommended, ask for Marc, he keeps your glasses full, pays attention, and is fast!

Horrible service, dirty tables, and cold food are just some of the ingredients in the Ruby Tuesday dining experience. We ordered a childs spaghetti dinner for my son and received a whopping 10 strands of spaghetti.

I almost forgot to mention the entertainment derived from watching servers stand around and talk to each other. It was much more fun than enjoying a hot meal.

Believe it or not, I decided to give this place a second chance. It was worse than the first time. I had to repeatedly ask for a drink, silverware and condiments. Finally I gave up and left.

I was highly impressed with the service and the quality of the food for a chain restaurant. My drinks were always kept full, plates always cleared, servers were very friendly and helpful, food was fantastic and the salad bar has a huge selection. Ruby Tuesdays is just what Palm Coast needs!

My friends and I arrived just before closing time,when we walked up to the door and saw they were about to close we turned around to leave.The manager came out after us told us they were still open. We said we didnt want to be "those people".He asured us it was no problem.The late dinner was great!!Entertaining service. And the manager, Nathan, made us feel very welcome.

My family and I recently ate at Ruby Tuesday for the first time. The food was definatly above average for a franchised restaurant. However, our server Nikki was great! Drinks were always full! She turned an otherwise average meal into a very nice night out!

I just visited RT and I believe that the restaurant is one of the best that I have attended as far as RT's goes. The atmosphere is great and the decor lovely. I have visited it atleast twice a week since its opening and everything that i have tried has been excellent. The salad bar of course is the best!!!

when first open i was very pleased. not sure what happened. food is terrible. wait staff is poor and the bartenders are worst.
we ordered a kahlua it was the shelf brand and the manager insisted it was not. they could not show us the bottle. this happen with other drink orders. shelf brand substituted for brand. to bad it could have been a good thing for palm coast

Its about time we finally got a good restaurant and not another fast food. keep the good ones coming. hopefully this opens the door for others to follow. like (Outback or Olive garden).keeping my fingers crossed.
