Just as they promise - they're incredibly fast!! Love the Cubano or Spicy Italian subs best. JJs has the best service of all the sandwich shops.

They're not joking when they say crazy fast! I ordered a Jalapeno Chicken Ranch wrap and it was ready in a flash. Tasted great. Very friendly service too.

First time here and I thought it was quite good. Received good service which is fast and it was very clean inside. The Caprese Salami is a great sandwich and would definitely get that again!

Service was friendly but the wait time was way too long. 30 minutes to get a sub and the store was not busy. They need a drink holder with handles. I don’t work in the circus balancing or juggling act.

Ordered 2 cheese steak combos. Tasteless and dry peppers hard and steak dry and chewy. Not good. Portion was skimpy inside bread. I can say I was satisfied with the chips and drink. I will not be returning. Firehouse my go to sub shop.

I never knew we had a JJ's!! It's really hidden! Staff nice and it's clean inside, but sandwich was just OK. I had a Hunter Club and didn't like the bread which fell apart and the meat and cheese were tasteless with the only flavor coming from the toppings and dressing.

Always friendly service and fast which is great when you have a limited time lunch break. Love the Hunter Club or the Pepe sandwiches the most but all are good. Often get for workmate who loved their unwich option. Nice and clean place. Parking has been bad lately though and sometimes have to park around the back.

Not sure if they're still offering delivery or pickup as when we ordered last week the young lady serving said it was so quiet she didn't think they would continue. Nevertheless, this was our first time trying a Jimmy John's and we only decided to as we had a wait for Home Depot. I will say the service was excellent and very friendly, but the food was just average and I found it very dry. Not the best, or the worst sub I've had but wouldn't rush to order again.

I was expecting more but this is just another sub place like most of the rest. I will say though that their service definitely beats all the others and they're also very fast. Location is not good and parking bad.
