Review of Bob Evans by Bella from Palm Coast
The lady serving us was very friendly and thoughtful especially over my handicapped husband. He was craving biscuits and sausage gravy so we gave it a try and he was very happy with it. I chose an omelet which was nicely prepared but was missing seasoning. We hadn't been to this Palm Coast Bon Eveans before but we both liked our breakfasts and the service made it extra enjoyable.

My wife and I visited for breakfast today and we found the food to be good and satisfying, and the service we received was very professional. My wife enjoyed her omelet and I the Farmer's Choice breakfast, which was quite the feast. Their prices are good for people like us on a fixed income and would definitely return again.

The menu is very basic but the food was much better than I expected. Service was friendly but drink refills slow. The strawberry farmer's breakfast was quite tasty and wasn't greasy at all like at Denny's last week. They do good home fries here. Coffee wasn't the best.

Visited today for dinner with a friend. The staff were nice enough and the dining room was clean and calm. The food is simple cooking and has a home style taste. I had the Southwest Chicken which had two thin cut chicken breasts that were dry but the salsa corn topping was good. It came with homefries but rice would have been better. The carrots were like canned. My friend went with a fried chicken sandwich which seemed like a better choice.

I'll start by saying that the staff really hold it together here and are very good employees, but the food lets it down. Not that they cook it badly, it's just uninspiring boring and everything had a kind of processed taste. Even the mashed potatoes tasted reconstitued. There's no reason to return here or recommend it.

Came in for dinner with our two young children and the server was really good with them. The kids menu had a few good choices and they liked the grilled cheese sandwich and the chicken tenders. I had a chicken fried steak which was nice but had to ask for my gravy as only had a spoonful on top. My wife liked her salad which had a great dressing.

Our first time at a Bob Evens for many years and we were very happy with our breakfast. My wife had the Farmer's Choice Breakfast and I went with the Country Fried Steak & Eggs, and we both enjoyed our meals very much. Eggs cooked perfectly and everything tasted fresh. Our server was also very good and everyone was very friendly. For a chain restaurant and I usually prefer to support mom & pop businesses, they do have good food at good prices and great staff.

Family of 5 went for breakfast on Sunday and we all really enjoyed it. Lots to choose from and the kids really went crazy for the biscuit sandwiches. Our server was very good and friendly. Food is good value and a great place for a family meal.

Stopped for breakfast. Service friendly but slow. Food had no flavor and portion small. Glad they had salt & pepper on the table. Needed it to add some seasoning. No reason to bother again.

Our usual breakfast spot had a long wait, so with two hungry kids in tow we came here out of necessity! It took a while to be acknowledged but was seated right away in a booth that was a little greasy. Everything felt kind of outdated and we found the food sounded heavy and unappealing. We each ordered our thing and got through the meal and although we were all full, we didn't leave very satisfied. Even the coffee was disappointing. Service throughout was friendly but there was no anticipation of our needs and we had to keep asking for everything. I'm surprised places like this keep going, but maybe we're the exception.

The service was friendly but not the best! Out of some things but I guess the kitchen and servers not communicating... had to change my order twice. The food tasted reasonable but was not what I originally wanted. The restaurant could do with some attention too. Overall it was OK but you can find much better choices around.

This is my favorite of all the diner type places around Palm Coast as I find the atmosphere more relaxing and calmer and the food better, but lately it has definitely been suffering badly from staff shortages. I like their Everything Breakfast and they have good ham and sausage plus the coffee always tastes fresh. I hope they get some more staff soon and it gets back to normal.

One of our regular breakfast spots offering reasonable food at reasonable prices. Standard menu of dishes and items but usually cooked quite well. Staff shortage clearly creating problems here today! Server we did have seemed flustered.

They were short handed but who was there did a great job at seeing to everyone and food came out quite fast. Breakfast was about average but very reasonably priced. Nice casual place to eat at and very clean.

Everywhere was clean and tidy and staff very pleasant. Went for breakfast and they had plenty to choose from. I had a Berry Farmer which was more than plentiful. The blueberry hotcakes were delicious and home fries just right, but sausage patties were dry and and over easy eggs a little too hard. However, I didn't fuss and it all went down fine especially with the fresh tasting coffee. This is a comfort food restaurant and although it's not something I want too often, I do enjoy occassionally. Prices reasonable and I did appreciate their hygiene efforts that are not practiced in many other local restaurants.

Can't remember when I was last in a Bob Evans and don't think much had changed. The food was average and quite bland. It reminds me of food you'd get in an old folks home. Service was friendly enough but slow. Just not to my liking here and far better places around such as Metro Diner or IHOP.

Very dependable restaurant where you get consistent food and service. Been coming here for years for mostly breakfast and was get warmly greeted and served with a smile. Food is not gourmet but in my opinion very tasty and plentiful. The Everything Breakfast has just about everything on a plate lasts me nearly all day! Prices are reasonable and I find it a very comfortable place.
