Sazón de Peru UNCLAIMED

The food is very fresh and vibrant and looks and tastes wonderful. The ceviche was different than I've had before but it was tasty and the seafood stew I had was so good. Also loved those little corn nut things they give you. The lady serving was delightful and the restaurant has an inviting atmosphere. I think it's great that we now have another international option in Palm Coast and one that transports us to Peru through its food. Thank you Sazon and I wish the best.

Highlight of visit: The ceviche is like a mixed seafood salad and is very fresh and tasty, and the seafood stew (wish I knew the name) was loaded with fish and shellfish and the delicious broth had a hint of wine.

Thought this new place was very good. My first experience with Peruvian food and I liked it. Good variety on the menu. Customer service very good. Will bring wife here to try more.

So many new restaurants to try in Palm Coast lately, and today we tried Sazon de Peru. I had the mixed ceviche which was delicious and a meal to itself, plus I ordered the classic Lomo Saltado which \really captured the flavor of Peru. The restaurant is more like a casual cafe style and the service is friendly and efficient.

Sazon offers something different for Palm Coast with some unique and very tasty food and friendly service. Cozy little place and look forward to trying more of their dishes.

I have been looking forward to this restaurant opening and thought I would give them a few days to settle in before we tried it. The service is super nice and they keep it very tidy. I don't remember what it was called but I had the ceviche that I liked a lot and the recommended lunch special which was steak with a mushroom sauce with rice and french fries, which I thought was strange but apparently that's a Peruvian thing! I can't speak for how authentic it is but I did enjoy it and I'd like to try other dishes.

New restaurant that has a bright and clean interior similar to the previous place with the addition of some nice Peruvian wall decor. Staff are very nice and welcoming and the food was good, and although I've had Peruvian food many times, Sazon didn't have the same taste, but maybe it's a regional thing. Ceveche was good and refreshing. I wish them well and I will come back.
