Err do they have different owners? I have been here before and it was amazing, but the food was not the same today! Different taste and presentation, and not what I was expecting. Server was nonchalant. I hope it was just an off day as I really liked it here.

The staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome, and the restaurant is spotless but not very Peruvian. I've been to Peru twice and the food here is very close to what I had there, and for those new to the cuisine, it's a colorful fusion of many cultures with many dishes using potatoes in one form or another. We had a great meal here and will definitely come back to try some more. They have daily specials that all look great and are worth taking advantage of. Enjoy friends!

Small family run bistro type place with some tasty Peruvian dishes. Everything is always better with a fried egg on top. If you haven't tried food from Peru before, it's like Spanish and Chinese mixed. I liked it in here and they have a counter which is nice to sit at and the staff are friendly.

It's great to have a Peruvian option in Palm Coast, and although it is small, it has wonderful food and inviting service. They offer the usual traditional dishes from Pero like lomo saltado and ceviche, plus their own specialties and daily specials. We keep trying new dishes each time we visit and have enjoyed them all.

Yes, I liked it here. Never had food from Peru before but it was new and interesting. It almost tastes like a fusion but not sure of what. Good though and would come back.

I like this new place. It's nice inside with good service and the food is something different for Palm Coast. The ceviche is a must and the bisket steak with egg, rice and fries was very good. Will try for breakfast next.

They have a lovely welcoming space and friendly staff. The food tasted very fresh but the flavors were more subtle than I would have expected. I did enjoy it though and they offer something very different to Palm Coast.

Highlight of visit: The number one Peruvian dish of lomo saltado is done very well here.

My wife and I shared some dishes here and thought the food was overall good. There’s not. A lot of strong flavors or seasonings, and they seem to use the natural flavors of the ingredients for flavor, which is nice. A beef steak with rice, plantains and an egg was my favorite dish and my wife liked the ceviche. The service at Sazon is friendly and efficient and we found the atmosphere relaxing.

A few new restaurants have opened in Palm Coast since we were away and Sazon dep Peru is the first one to try, and we're off to a good start. We had the ceviche, a fried seafood dish, a pesto spaghetti and a rice dish, and everything was tasty. Portions were good and nicely presented on the plates. I was quite surprised by how eclectic Peruvian food is and enjoyed the variety. The customer service was very professional and they keep the restaurant very clean and unclutered.

I'm new to food from Peru and was told a good introduction was ceviche and lomo saltido (sp?). The ceviche was excellent and the seafood tasted very fresh, and the lomo saltido is a need dish with a rich sauce and served with both rice and French fries, which I thought was strange, but they did actually go together quite well. Staff are nice and will help you to decipher the menu and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere. I liked the counter to sit at.

I didn't realize that Peruvian food is such a fusion of others, which made it quite interesting. I had ceviche and a chicken dish and thought both tasty. They were also very nicely presented and service was professional.

I am very happy to see a true Peruvian restaurant come to Palm Coast. The mixed ceviche was very fresh and the ceviche “Juice” or Leche del Tigre was well done. The Jalea or fried mixed seafood was very well done also. Prices were very reasonable. Try this restaurant and you’ll be very pleased. We certainly will be returning every week. I was having to drive to Jacksonville for Peruvian food but no more.
Highlight of visit: Mixed ceviche and the Jalea

Wonderful authentic Peruvian food! Seafood was fresh and service was wonderful. Takes a few minutes for the food to be prepared as it is done when you order and not prepared ahead of time. Be patient and you will enjoy true Peruvian food.
Highlight of visit: Mixed ceviche and Jalea a mixed seafood

The food is very fresh and vibrant and looks and tastes wonderful. The ceviche was different than I've had before but it was tasty and the seafood stew I had was so good. Also loved those little corn nut things they give you. The lady serving was delightful and the restaurant has an inviting atmosphere. I think it's great that we now have another international option in Palm Coast and one that transports us to Peru through its food. Thank you Sazon and I wish the best.
Highlight of visit: The ceviche is like a mixed seafood salad and is very fresh and tasty, and the seafood stew (wish I knew the name) was loaded with fish and shellfish and the delicious broth had a hint of wine.

So many new restaurants to try in Palm Coast lately, and today we tried Sazon de Peru. I had the mixed ceviche which was delicious and a meal to itself, plus I ordered the classic Lomo Saltado which \really captured the flavor of Peru. The restaurant is more like a casual cafe style and the service is friendly and efficient.
