Starbucks UNCLAIMED

Mostly good at this Starbucks. I do prefer their cold drinks over the hot ones. Occasionally baristas don't seem to make the drinks in order and I stand waiting for mine while everyone else gets theirs, and I have to say something. They need to clean a little more often too, and I don't like the new layout so much.

I really wish there was another coffee shop close by as this Starbucks falls short on every level. The car park SUCKS! The place always needs a clean with dirty sticky floors and messy surfaces. They’re often out of the drinks I want. Service is slow even when i order on the app I still wait! It’s gotten expensive too!

I came here today but they are closed? It was around 9 am and no idea why! But I'm glad as it's prompted me to go elsewhere. This Starbucks has the most horrible car park that's complete chaos with vehicles lining up and people driving in every direction. The inside is no longer a nice place to sit and relax with a coffee, and twice now someone else took my preordered drink that was left on the counter with no one checking who takes who's drinks! I really wish someone would up an alternative in that same shopping center as it's right where I work. But even Wawa is better now.

I ordered a holiday peppermint mocha to take shopping and it was just way too sweet. What happened to flavored coffees? There is no trace of any coffee in this drink whatsoever! I wish there was an independent coffee shop closer to Island Walk.

They remodelled which didn't make much difference when they really needed to work on service and availability. Very long wait to get served and longer to get my drinks. Car park is a joke and coffee getting expensive. We need a good local coffee shop in Island Walk.

WTF! Normally when you close for renovations it's to improve the place, not to downgrade it! Starbucks no longer wants you to sit and enjoy your coffee and is basically aiming at making it a pickup or drive thru location. They also don't keep their app updated with so many drinks I want saying they're not available but they are when you get to the shop! A BIG WTF to this Starbucks.

Newly remodeled but no better with less seating and they still don't have the items I wanted! No hazelnut syrup or oat milk AGAIN! It was busy so staff had no time for personalized service and the car park still a nightmare... that's what needed remodeling!! We need a good non-chain coffee shop in Island Walk!

Order wrong again! They missed my flavorings and I just got a plain coffee. I completely give up on this location. Place messy and needed cleaning up too.

So they advertise the new holiday coffees and the next day they're out of most of them!! How hard is it to have a few syrups and toppings at hand during a promotion? My alternative coffee was good but not what I wanted, and the staff are always very nice here. Never have this problem at other Starbucks, so no idea who is (not) doing the ordering here!

Why do they never have what I want? Not the best atmosphere in this location but the staff are very nice. Coffee tastes good but not always the one I wanted due to outages.

This location is very bad at always having items unavailable and rarely do I get to order what I want how I want it because something is always out of stock! The last time they had no soy milk! You can go across to Publix and get some! Often out of flavors and food items. No issues with the workers as they're always very friendly and work hard, but management needs to keep up with their ordering and supplies. This is not the only Starbucks I frequent so I know it's not a supply problem. Cleanliness is not the best here either with the service counter for napkins, etc. is often very messy.

My biggest complaint about this location is that they don't update the app. Nearly all holiday drinks say not available so I order something else and when I get there, they say that they have them all!! Why not update the app?? I get what I didn't really want because of that. But I don't have a problem with the drinks they do make and the staff is always friendly.
