We like the food here and it's good for what it is, but we mostly come here for the lively atmosphere. We like sitting at the bar which is fun when busy and a good central spot to enjoy the activity. My wife thinks is feels like the Senior Frogs place we visited on our cruise. I think the margaritas helped her with that imagination LOL

Salsas does not disappoint! A reliable choice for some tasty Mexican dishes and a good margarita. The Mexican street corn and ceviche appetizers are really good and the steak fajitas or molcajete are my favorite entrees, although the molcajete is pricey and enough for two. Never had bad service and it always includes the free chips and salsa. Very nicely themed inside.

Whenever I am in Palm Coast visiting my parents, I make a point of stopping by Salsas. I like the atmosphere and usually grab a stool at the bar. Food and drinks are good and I usually munch on fajitas. The bar is a good place to chat with some locals over some Caronas and decent food.

Mixed ages from children to seniors in our group and the server took good care of us all equally. We were all happy with the food and the adult beverages, and my only complaint was that the tortillas with my fajitas were not very good. The decor is nice and all the staff were very pleasant.

Not the greatest or most authentic Mexican food, but it's a dependable choice for a fun meal out. My biggest complaint here is the flour tortillas taste like cheap store bought ones which leave an off taste in my mouth, so I order dishes without them. Their queso is not good either... tasteless and watery. The cantitas verde is very good and the skirt steak with chimichurri sauce they make is excellent. The margaritas are good and they have a lot of flavors. Servers are mostly great but there's one who is never happy.

Salsas is your typical Americanized Mexican restaurant but their food is tasty and they have some excellent margaritas. We like their fajitas and the mango habanero ceviche is very good. They have a good atmosphere and the service is fast and courteous.

We had a fantastic meal here! The food was delicious, plentiful, and freshly made. The BEST chimichanga I've ever had! Their margaritas are crisp and have a great bite. Our server was very friendly and constantly checked in on us, and the atmosphere was colorful and buzzing. Salsa's is the Mexican food we've had in a long time and we can't wait to come back.

Review by Molly, Palm Coast 7/1/20253.0Food:Service:Atmosphere:
Last night was good but it's been better here. The tacos didn't taste like they have before and lacked seasoning. The margaritas were good though and the mango habanero ceviche was very tasty and fresh. Our waitress was very good and the vibe was as good as always.

Salsas is our favorite Mexican restaurant in Palm Coast and we eat here at least once a week. We prefer the inside over the patio as it has more atmosphere and the service is better. Their margaritas and mojitos are excellent and we usually get the mango habanero shrimp ceviche to start which is awesome. Great fajitas, burritos and enchiladas and portion sizes are generous. Churros and flan are good desserts.

Usual American / Mexican with a lot of options. Our server could have been more friendly, but the food was tasty. Their enchiladas supreme were very good, and the Michelada beer cocktail was awesome. Flan dessert was broken, so I didn't eat.

Everything we've ever had here has been excellent apart from the flan, which was rubbery and tasted old. Their frozen margaritas are the best and pack a punch 🤜🍹 Good salsa. Empanadas are big and delicious. Never had bad service here and the atmosphere is vibrant.

Review by Isla, Palm Coast 10/24/20243.5.0Food:Service:Atmosphere:
As a vegetarian, I found the options at Salsas Mexican restaurant pretty limited, especially since they don’t offer vegetable fajitas anymore. The chips and salsa were good, and the *Vegetarian Burrito* was tasty and filling. The *Veggie Quesadilla* was just okay; it needed more seasoning and was a bit too oily. The margaritas were really good, though, and the atmosphere was fun. Service was solid, but the final bill seemed high for what we got. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I’d love to see more veggie-friendly options on the menu.

IMO Salsas is the best Mexican around with the most authentic food. I will admit service can be hit or miss but you can't beat their food and drinks. Love the chimichangas and quesadillas and they make some excellent tamales.

Review by Freya, Palm Coast 7/5/20244.5.0Food:Service:Atmosphere:
Salsas is our favorite for Mexican food but we don't always have the best service. As much as we like authenticity our server was hard to communicate with and didn't understand our requests. However, the food was delicious and their coconut margaritas are awesome.

Review by Tyler, Palm Coast 6/8/20245.0Food:Service:Atmosphere:
Their food is tasty and they have great happy hours, but service needs improvement. Tonight we felt rushed by the server and once food had arrived the level of service disappeared. We did like the food though but ignored her prompts.

We Love your restaurant and have eaten there several times. We ate there recently on Saturday night 5/25/24 my Husband, Grandson and I was told to be careful from the waitress that my plate was very hot. Well the food/plate was just barely warm so that was really disappointing since I had never experienced those cool temps before. You seemed really busy so we didn't want to bother the waitress as it was a long wait before our drink and food order was even taken which we also had not encountered ever before and then it also took a while to get the check to pay.

Review by Dallas, Palm Coast 5/24/20244.0Food:Service:Atmosphere:
Salsas is a reliable place for good Mexican food. It's not the most authentic but it's tasty, and the portions are good sized. Service can be slow, but prices are reasonable and we like the ambiance.

Good atmosphere and the food was very good, but service has room for improvement. We got menus then server never returned and we had to flag down another to find her. Had the Salsa's sampler appetizer which was great and the Grande burrito was awesome. Pitcher of Modelo for $10.99 is a deal!

The menu features reliable Americanized Mexican dishes, with popular choices including the fajitas, molcajete, and mango habanero ceviche. Their margaritas, both frozen and classic, receive frequent praise for their flavor and strength, while beer options like Micheladas and Coronas also complement the meals well. Service is generally friendly and attentive, with consistent free chips and salsa. The interior decor adds to the colorful vibe. Some find the flour tortillas and queso lacking, and a few desserts like flan do not meet expectations, but overall the food remains tasty and portions generous.
