We're lucky to have two good Mexican restaurants very close to each other here, and although both offer very Americanized versions of Mexican food, they have good atmospheres and some delicious foods. Salsas are less trendy but offer good hearty and flavorful meals plus some good margaritas. I like their burritos especially the Grande Maravilla one with green salsa sauce. Their large bar is a good place for solo diners like me.

Went out with 3 coworkers and we were very easy going, ordered drinks and food. There were no complaints and no take backs, but when it came time for the bill the waitress decided upon herself to put an 18% gratuity on everyone's bill even though on the menu it states an 18% gratuity is added to the bill on parties of six or more. First of all, I was a server and because of that I always tip 20% and if the service is beyond amazing I'll even do more. So when my coworker asked the server why an 18% gratuity was added when there's only four of us she said "well it was like I was serving 6." Excuse me, but what? We weren't needy, we didn't complain, we weren't nasty and for her to say that was the last straw. My coworker told her she WILL take that off everyone's bill which she did. Everyone was going to tip her good, but because of her attitude she got less. Her service wasn't even 18% worthy, but I still gave it to her because I'm not going to sink to her level of pettiness. Floor manager... Teach your servers better than that because now you've lost four customers and we'll be taking our business to Cantina Louie.

They appeared to have scaled back their menu and increased the prices! Food was still good with good flavor but service seemed slow and the whole vibe feels different. I know staffing problems are common everywhere right now and I like the food here so hope this is just a slump phase and they bounce back.

Long wait at the other place so came down here. Not as hip but more traditional. Food was reasonable and portions of good size. No problem changing a couple of things on my dish which was nice. Service kind of slowish especially for drinks but it was taco Tuesday! Outside sitting area is nice. Prices are good here too.

Went last night and nothing to complain about at all. Top notch all round! Food was delicious and service friendly and fast. Loved all the flavors and incredible drinks. Fun atmosphere and prices very competitive.

Being of Mexican descent myself Salsa's is probably the best place in Palm Coast. Cantina Louie's lacks serious flavor and their drinks are pricey, whereas at Salsa's you get a two-for-one Margarita. Service is pretty decent.
Highlight of visit: I do like their chicken enchiladas and I usually order the queso dip and also their milanesa is good.

Although Salsa's doesn't have the ambiance of Cantina Louis I do much prefer its food. You can tell it's more authentic as this is where you see all the Mexican workers eating at lunchtime, and not Cantina Louis. Their street tacos are awesome especially the Taco al Pastor and their Mojarra tilapia dish is a must try. Never had a problem with service and nice outside area.

Salsas Mexican in Palm Coast offers a lively setting with colorful decor and a busy bar that draws locals together. The menu features American-style Mexican dishes like flavorful fajitas, enchiladas, burritos, and the popular mango habanero shrimp ceviche. Margaritas come in various flavors, though some guests find them on the sweeter side, and beers including Micheladas are well received. Portions are generous, with highlights such as the skirt steak with chimichurri and freshly made Mexican street corn. Service is mostly attentive and friendly, though a few reviewers noted occasional inconsistency. While the tortillas and queso do not always meet expectations, the overall experience combines good food and drinks with a spirited atmosphere suitable for a casual meal or a night out.
