Bamboo Creek China Bistro UNCLAIMED

I've dined here several times and although service can be a little curt the food is usually quite good. But ordered delivery through the app and the once delivered after long wait the food was not good at all. It appeared like it came from a completely different restaurant than where I've dined at! First thing we noticed was an odd smell and everything had a sour kind of taste about it. When we called I was shocked at the negative attitude from staff. It's a big shame how they let one bad experience by loyal customers go from bad to worse with no apology or and complete denial. I rate this review taking in consideration my previous experiences which were mostly positive.

Very mixed experiences here! Sometimes staff is very nice and other times they're just rude. Same with food, one day it can taste fresh and delicious and other days it's stale and flavorless. Last visit had staff being OK but the food didn't taste the same at all, the rice was very hard, and the sauce was like a congealed glob. There's many other better Chinese places to order from but this is closer to home so keep trying.
