Bamboo Creek China Bistro UNCLAIMED

This is one of the few Chinese restaurants in Palm Coast that has a nice dining area, but the service is very bad. Staff are very basic which is fine until you question something and then they get extremely rude, uncooperative and defensive. On our last visit my husband received the wrong meal and the 'lady' just started berating him like a small child! He was too kind and polite to give back and we left without him really eating anything. It's a shame because the food is quite good and there aren't many other Chinese restaurants around where you can dine in which we like to do.

Witnessed the owner humiliate a young lady working the front counter. If I were the young lady I would have walked out. She held her composure and seemed embarrassed. I was not impressed with the way employees are spoken to. I walked out and will not be going back.

The food here is mostly very good. The flavors are nice and the portions are large and always enough to bring home. Not too greasy like many other Chinese places around here. Love the combo specials for value. Some servers are friendly but others seem to have a bad attitude especially when calling to place and picking up an order.

Highlight of visit: Five O Special

Customer service very poor to the point of rude. Talking on phone to wait on customer is not acceptable. Etiquette is needed as well as manners.
