Don't Judge is still in its early days but has the makings of a very cool bar and nice lounge for a stogie, beer, and social. They currently have a small selection of cigars and beers but reasonable prices and the owner is a very friendly guy. I like the of pretence here that you get at the other cigar bar at the European village.
