Sorry to say I was not happy with the quality of the food here. My order was packed badly and was a complete mess. Nachos and cheese cold. Salsa missing! It's a shame because it's a nice restaurant inside and the girl serving was very friendly. I should have checked the bag before I left but then again, I shouldn't have to,

I was very impressed with the cashier who was a ray of sunshine and eager to help with our order. I expected Taco Bell type food, but I liked the options and the taste much better here and I enjoyed trying all the hot sauces. It's very bright and industrial inside and not very calm and relaxing, which is more our style, but we liked our meal nonetheless.

I finally got to try Tijuana Flats and actually liked it. We went for taco Tuesday and I had the garlic lime tacos which were very good. Staff were friendly and helpful the restaurant is fun and bright inside. I like how they have all the hot sauces available and my only complaint was the churros tasted old.

Awful. We ordered steak cimmchongas. We got a few pieces of steak in the middle of our wrap. We had mostly thick wrap. We got chips no salsa. My husband ordered beans. the waitress said it was in his meal. No it wasn't. It was a horrible experience for 42 dollars.. no lettuce no guacamole. Just bland thick wrap with cheeze. They do not know how to put a meal together. Very disappointed and to get a drink refill we had to ask... this place was not even busy when we went and had to wait for our food .

We stopped in before an appointment at Advent, but the wait time was so slow that we had to get to go as we didn't have time to eat at the restaurant. By the time we got to eat our food is was not that good and we missed out on trying the hot sauces.

This is my first time at a Tijuana Flats and was impressed with the staff that helped me. very patient while I made up my mind. I thought the food was good but on the expensive side. The salsa was good but the queso thin and not very cheesy. The chicken chipotle burrito was tasty. It has a fun atmosphere.

I haven't been to a Tijuana Flats for years and they've changed things up quite a bit since. Staff were plentiful and busy moving around, but there was a lot of customers that seemed to be waiting for food, as did we! Food was a long time to come out. I like the hot sauce bar and it was fun tasting the different ones, and to be honest you really need them to add some flavor to the food especially the rice which was lacking seasoning. Chips and queso were ok and improved with some rasta sauce stirred in. I did like the theme inside and they have a better variety on the menu than Chipotle.

Got to try the new Tijuana Flats today and I was very impressed with the enthusiasm of the staff and liked the lively and colorful atmosphere. As for the food, delicious! I know it's just fast food but it tastes great and the ingredients are fresh.

Tijuana Flats in Palm Coast offers a bright and lively atmosphere with friendly, attentive staff who create a welcoming vibe despite occasional waits for food. The menu features Tex-Mex classics like street tacos, garlic lime tacos, wet burritos, and chicken chipotle burritos. Guests appreciate the well-curated hot sauce bar that adds flavor to many dishes, though the seasoning of sides like rice can be hit or miss. The chips and queso are acceptable, with some customers noting the queso is thin and not very cheesy. While some orders arrive unpacked or missing items such as salsa, many diners enjoy the taste overall. The restaurant tends to be busy and fun but can feel noisy and somewhat hectic. Prices are moderate, though some find value inconsistent.
