Bamboo Creek China Bistro UNCLAIMED

Ordered the Shrimp Chow Mein lunch combo and it was ready when I arrived. The young girl serving was friendly and I was out fast. The food tasted great and the egg roll was crispy and soggy. I switched the pork rice with vegetable rice and it didn't disappoint. I would definitely order from here again.

Good NY style Chinese food. Everything was fresh and tasty and they have the best egg rolls. Server had an attitude about something and acted like she hated her job. Portion sizes on the small size but reasonable for the price. Bamboo Creek is the only Chinese restaurant with a good clean dining area. They just need to work on customer skills.

We hadn't been going here as neighbors told us it was not good, but we decided to stop after going to Publix next door as we were starving, and we ended up having a very good meal here. Our server was awesome and all the dishes we ordered came out fresh and very tasty. Egg rolls were not greasy and nice and cripsy, and the Mongolian Beef was the best I've had. So happy we tried Bamboo Creek and now I know not to listen to my neighbors LOL

I placed an order here on Christmas day for pick up and when I arrived I was surprised at how lonG the line was, so although my order was ready I had to wait a while to get it. I expected the food not to be so good being a holiday and busy, but it was their usual standard and tasted quite good. The family shared it all around and ate every bit so must of been good. I personally really like their Hot Spicy Pork.

Food was so quick it makes me wonder how fresh it is, but it tasted OK although the beef was kind of dry. Rice a little too greasy for my wife but I liked it! No problems with service and thought the prices were about right.

Went for an early lunch and it was good. They have a lot of lunch specials available at reasonable prices that come with roast pork fried rice and an egg roll. I had the chicken with broccoli and my hubby the Mongolian beef and both dishes were tasty and freshly cooked. Service was OK and they have a pretty nice atmosphere.

The food was pretty good overall but the dumplings tasted old and reheated. The Sweet & Sour Pork and Mongolian Beef were flavorful and the rice was just right. Server was not very friendly. Portion sizes OK for the price these days.

If only they could work on their customer service skills this would be a great little restaurant. The food is actually quite good and it's a nice place and one of only two Chinese restaurants in Palm Coast with a real dining room. The miserable attitude of staff brings down the food too.

Service started off on a bad foot with an attitude but she warmed up as the meal went on. The dishes were good but the rice was hard and egg rolls tasted like they'd been refried. If they work on service and cooked everything fresh this would be a really good restaurant.

Customer service needs some improvement... it was efficient enough but wreaked with attitude and superiority! The food was so so... had better, had worse, but it definitely wasn't good enough to return for especially with the irratating service. It's a big shame as it is a nice place and in a busy location.

Food here tastes quite good but I've noticed that their portion sizes are getting smaller lately. Service can be off on some visits and not always the happiest people. Prices are OK but not if the portions get much smaller.

Ordered online and everything was ready and well packed when I arrived. The reception/pick up area was nice and clean and the service was friendly and appreciative. All the dishes were nicely flavored and meats cuts were good quality and vegetables bright and fresh. They have a large selection of dishes and their online ordering system is excellent and it allows you to add comments or requests to each item. Bamboo Creek is by far the best Chinese I've had in Palm Coast.

Very busy with many people standing waiting for or placing orders but they seemed to go through the line quickly. Went for a walk and came back and our food was ready. The portion size big and food tasted good. Not the best Chinese food I've had but for a quick take out for family dinner it certainly hit the spot with everyone.

Neighbors referred me to this place but was not very impressed. Staff unfriendly and surly, most of the food was average at best although the Sichuan Beef was good. Egg rolls hard, rice flavorless and greasy and chicken has strange mushy texture. Can't say I'd bother to order from here again.

Their phone manner is not very polite and sometimes can be rude. I understand English isn't easy to learn but when learning any new language two of the first words you always learn are 'please' and 'thank you'. In person the service isn't much better and very direct. However their food is very tasty and it's always hot and fresh and orders accurate, which is why I put up with their bullshit service and their aren't any other Chinese restaurants close by. Except for Panda Express which has horrible food.

Not very consistent with good Bourbon Chicken one week and dry and burnt the next. When it's good here it's well worth visiting, but on the bad days it's not worth t. Just never know what day you're going on is the problem.

Not the best and nothing special. Last order had one good dish but some of the others had over cooked meat and dry rice. Broccoli was tough and dish had a lot of oil. With not too friendly service and quite high prices here, there's much better choices for Chinese food in town.

We haven't had China Bistro in a long time. The dish was superb. We had the 104 on the menu. Absolutely delish. Vegies, shrimp were large and the sauce great. It was outdoor take out, very efficient and quick.

So the food here is very typical Chinese fare with it not being the best or the worst I've had. Service is not always the most pleasant but it's efficient and I like how they now label the takeout boxes. Don't think they have dine in right now but when they did it was quite nice inside but again service was not the nicest.

Ordered takeout and had no problem with service. Food was good but nothing outstanding. Lunch specials are good value.
