The Chill Factory PERMANENTLY CLOSED

Stopped in last Friday for the car show and found this place. Must say, They have some great Ice cream!

Very Impressed with the whole selection. 48 flavors to choose from and great soft serve. Ice cream is excellent. They serve the Working Cow Homemade Ice Cream which I used to have to drive to Sally's on the beach to get. How great is it that I can go 5 minutes and have a great experience and also save some money. Their prices are much cheaper then Sally's and Bruster's. If the craving hits for ice cream you have to try this place out. I am sure you will have a happy experience as my family and I have.

We saw an ad in the Pennysaver that this place was sponsoring a Blood Drive and a pet adoptathon on Saturday. We always donate blood whenever possible. So we took the trip there for that purpose. What a wonderful surprise to find the chill factory. We had their hot dog special and also had ice cream. The choices are awesome. From vanilla to superman they have an array of flavors that you would never expect for a small shop. I had the vanilla & chocolate soft serve swirl which is out of this world with creaminess and flavor. My wife had a scoop of black raspberry and whoopee pie. Both were outstanding. Its about time we have a local Ice Cream shop to go to that is truly flavorful and not pricey. While talking to the owners they shared other upcoming events. Can't wait to go back again. Its great to know that there are still local businesses that still care about the community also not just themselves.

This place looks a bit shabby. needs more inside to liven it up inside. The ice cream was great and the staff was extremely personable. Nice staff and good food that def deserve 4 stars.

Great taste..not too sweet..variety of flavors..friendly service. What's not to love about this place? Ice cream lovers beware..you will definitely be hooked!!

Visited for ice cream and was welcomed by an excellent selection. Far better choices than other local places and very fresh too. Prices are good and service was friendly. Only complaint is that they need a trash can outside. No where to throw our empty cups and napkins away.

The Chill Factory's ice-cream is amazing! I have ice-cream there at least twice a week. So many flavors to choose from and they also carry my favorite coffee "Barney's". Very friendly staff....keep up the good work!

Stopped in for ice cream and took home great tasting knishes as well. The owners, John and Joe are very friendly and aim to please. My wife had the strawberry cheese cake ice cream which was very tasty, with pieces of cheese cake. Looking for a treat, you need to stop in and check this place out. They also have a variety of treats - yogurt ice cream, sugar free ice cream, smoothies, hot dogs, candy, fudge, coffee are some of their items. By the way, the knishes are brought in from NY.

I've brought the family to The Chill Factory 3 times since they opened last week and I can't say enough of how awesome the place is. The Ice Cream is the absolute best in Palm Coast. Very reasonably priced. Great staff very upbeat. A great place to go and chill.

Great ice cream, fantastic hot dogs and the best coffee in the area. The owners are very friendly and kind. The sugar-free ice cream is excellent.
