Thai by Thai PERMANENTLY CLOSED

Went here with a friend for lunch and was expecting to have maybe a Thai curry or a noodle dish,but ended up eating what would be one of the best dishes I have ever had in my life! It was a surf and turf type dish of lamb and scallops in the most most delicious sauce. I cannot begin to describe how amazing this dish was! The flavors were intense and like none I've had before. This is an amazing restaurant and I can't wait to return. Bravo Thai by Thai! You're the best in Palm Coast without doubt.

We wanted some authentic Thai cuisine so went for our periodic Thai by Thai visit. As always, very good and reliable. Enjoyed the drunken noodles (Thai hot) with broad noodles. Washed it down with a few Thai beers. My wife swears by their version of Pad Thai. Simple dishes, done right by a chef of Thai ethnicity. We tried the new place down the street a few weeks back and the chef there was not Thai. Thanks Thai by Thai, we needed our Thai food fix.

The food here just gets better each time. Just when I think it couldn't it does LOL Cranky guy running it but he adds to the quirkiness of the place. Overall amazing food at fair prices and in an inconspicuous shop front. A must try!

Hands down my favorite place to eat in Palm Coast. This place has the best Thai food and the owner is so friendly. We often order take out because the restaurant itself isn't very pretty, but the food makes up for it! The curry is my favorite, not too sweet, or too spicy, just right! Also, the papaya salad is delicious, try it for something different, spicy but light at the same time, so yummy!

I travel and try lots of food often. I am constantly looking for new things to try. I visited Thai by Thai by a recommendation from a family member. I walked in thinking it was small and quiet, the way I like it because it is a family based restaurant which means fresh homemade food. I immediately fell in love with their Thai tea. At first I had no idea what I wanted so I asked the server for what their favorite food were but nothing spicy because I can't handle it. They asked me a couple questions like "rice or noodles," "beef or pork," etc. They pointed some options out. I received calamari rings and sweet and sour pork with vegetables and rice shaped like a heart. I loved it. I have never had calamari like that, I can't even explain it but now when I eat other calamari it is a disappointment compared to theirs. The next time I came in they remembered me and every time after. I don't live near them but even when I have been gone for 6 months they still recognize me. Every time I walk in they smile a big smile because they know me, they always tell me their desert options first because I always get one for an appetizer, bring me over my Thai tea before they even get to writing my menu order down. I occasionally ask them to bring me something different and random. They never disappoint me even then. They will throw together this amazing meal of knowing all of my favorite things. I love them, and this is by far my favorite restaurant ever. Never mind that they are rather very inexpensive for the amount and taste of food you get.

Another amazing meal here.... the food really is awesome and service top notch. I just wish they would work on the atmosphere a little more... it's very dated and stale in there. But I'll keep visiting for the food.

This is one of the best if not the best restaurant in the area the food is a 10! It's always fresh the selection and service are good. We have never had a bad meal here.

I haven't been here for a long time but was welcomed back by staff like an old friend. Food is still amazing and without question one of the greatest restaurants in the area. I won't leave it so long to return next time! Just love it LOL

This place did not win Flagler's Best Thai and even Best Asian restaurant for nothing! It continues to be my favorite restaurant in Palm Coast. For a real taste treat, try the Gang Mussamun curry.

This restaurant continues to amaze me with its great food. I have my favorite dishes here but on every other visit I try something new or different and everything is always so good. They certainly have a magic touch with flavors in here and it continues to be my favorite local restaurant. I agree with others - the sea bass is the best dish in Palm Coast.

The owners are from Thailand and they serve amazingly fantastic food. The Thai Fried Rice, Pad Thai and Curries have all been the absolute best I've ever had. The Tom Ka Kai soup is also really good. Our only complaint is there lack of desert choices. But can't fault anything else. This is truly a great place to eat at and my number one in Palm Coast.

Had lunch here yesterday and ordered the steamed sea bass, which is now one of the most amazing dished I have ever had. The fish was cooked perfectly and just melted in my mouth and the broth was packed with flavor. The veggies and rice complimented the meal perfectly. A little pricey but I would of paid double for this dish! Service top notch too. A true classic restaurant.

The food here is wonderful! I've been dining here for years and my favorite dishes are consisently good and the specials always delight. Service is very attentive and prices are right on target. I love the curries, pad Thai, and sea bass the best. Watch out for the heat though, they can be heavy handed on the chilies and medium can sometimes be very hot! My favorite restaurant in Palm Coast.

Interesting restaurant to say the least... heavy menu full of very enticing dishes and ended up ordering a dish recommended by the server (owner?). It was dish with sea bass that was phenomenally good. Fresh spring roll appetizers were also excellent and I really loved the dipping sauce. The restaurant seems a little worn but it was clean and I liked its atmosphere. Definitely someplace I'd return to and try other dishes.

Great authentic Thai food. The owner is great and always tries to make sure you are happy. Go for the food not the atmosphere, it's not really bad, just not flashy.

I guess I'll join the ranks of Thai By Thai fans!! Visited for the first time after only trying Thai once before which didn't impress me. But this was totally awesome! The Thai guy taking the orders made recommendations and we trusted his suggestions. The flavors were out of this world and although I really don't know what I ate, I want more and more! Staff are all busy working around each other and this is definitely a well oiled place. Great squid rings appetizer too!!! Check it out!

I have been lucky enough to of eaten at their other location in Virginia and they're both very similar. The menus are almost identical but I think this Palm Coast location has the edge over flavor and is definitely more quirky! If you haven't been here yet you're missing out on the best restaurant in Palm Coast.

I haven't eaten inside here yet but I did order lunch to go and it was fantastic. I had a chicken curry dish that came with white rice. I called ahead and it was there waiting for me 15 minutes later. It was spicy but with great falvors. My only complaint was that the paper plate they provided to eat from was way too flimsy.

My wife and I went here for Valentine's Day and again last night. On Valentine's Day they were slammed with people waiting for tables, but staff bought out menus and took orders and got everyone seated and fed in a timely manner. This was great synchronization and food was excellent. The sea bass is to die for! Went again lat night and had a pork special dish which was full of flavor and cooked perfectly. This restaurant is a class act and we'll be going back again soon.
