Great Mexican restaurant... our server was very good and made some great recommendations... some items not found at other local Mex places... the bacon wrapped jalapenos stuffed with goat cheese appetizer is off the charts! The Molcajete had it all and was outstanding... my wife had a Carnitas in a bowl which she raved about and it kept her quiet for ages 😉 The best thing though... the margaritas!! Incredible!

Lively atmosphere and very good service. The food may not be the most authentic but it's delicious and arrives looking great. The cocktails are very good and they have a good selection of house specialties.

Had Madi tonight as our server, was a little disappointed that we couldn’t have our original server but she did an amazing job and not to mention some of the best service in a Mexican restaurant! Will be coming back and asking for Madi!
Highlight of visit: Madi

Just had lunch here and it was the best we've had for a long time. We had the most amazing server and our food was so good. Their margs are very strong and I wanted to try them allðŸ¹The guac and ceviche appetizers were a big hit and I loved the enchiladas. This is a must try restaurant.

Liked the vibe and we had awesome service. The drinks were awesome but thought the food could do with more flavor. It looked great and was nicely cooked but couldn't really taste much. Good place though and far better than its predecessor.

Love this restaurant In our hometown of Flagler Beach. My wife and I particularly enjoy sharing the Mulcajeta specialty dinner. Served in a special Mulcajeta flaming serving dish it contains Steak, chicken, shrimp and chorizo sausage with peppers, onions, tomatoes, and jalapeños. Also there are sides of refried beans, salad w/sour cream, pico de gallo, rice, and three tortillas. We ate until completely full and took the rest home. Great salsa, chips and margaritas too, served in a beautiful holiday Caribbean setting with great service. We will keep coming back again and again!
Highlight of visit: Mulcajeta

Shout out to the crew here who work hard on Taco Tuesdays. The place was jammed yet we still had good service and the food and drinks came out in a reasonable time. Margaritas are too good 🹠and their tacos are amazing 🌮😋
Highlight of visit: The Pineapple Steak tacos are excellent and the Tropical Island Margarita is soooo good.

My wife and I visited Margarita Island last night and loved everything about it. This is the best Mexican restaurant in Flagler... the food was awesome and we loved the atmosphere. Our server was great and her recommendations were spot on... especially for the margaritas! It was busy and we got the last table before they started to wait, so arrive early.
Highlight of visit: The Carne Asada and the Skirt Steak with Chimichurri were awesome! The Florida Sunset is a great Margarita.

Busy and noisy and the service on the slow side especially for drinks, but it had good vibes and I really liked the food. The surf and turf burrito was excellent and loved the sriracha ranch sauce on top. Great nachos too.

By far the best Mexican restaurant in the area. Great margaritas. The food is great. I have had the cheese enchiladas and the taco salad and dying to try the fried ice cream. Fresh homemade chips and salsa, not too hot, just right for someone like me who does not like over-the-top hot. My only reason for giving three stars for service is that both times we were there, we ended up sitting at the same table and got ignored until, finally, someone came over to us. Maybe it's just the table.
Highlight of visit: Good margaritas, awesome homemade chips and salsa, can't wait to try the fried ice cream.

I highly recommend the chorizo tacos! Really delicious and I like that they use real corn tortillas. The rancheras enchiladas were awesome too. The staff are on the ball and the vibe is very cool.
Highlight of visit: Try their Chorizo Tacos... really good flavor and make a change from the typical meats.

Our meal here was a complete success. They had the best tacos in town and the staff and vibes were all great. Liked how they rebuilt the interior... much better... and the service is much improved. Cudos to the new people! Will be back soon.

Again, not considerably authentic and very Americanized, but still very tasty and the best I've had in Flagler so far. The food is colorful and tasty and those margs send it over the top. Been twice now and the staff very good each time. Very cool decor.

Had an enjoyable meal and good margaritas. Plan to go back soon. The decor has been refreshed with new furniture and nice color scheme. Like the dining room being separate from the bar area. No televisions blasting all over the place, just in the bar area.
