Review of Fire In The Bricks by Bruce from Palm Coast
We had a classic Margherita Pizza which was perfect, and gnocchi and tortellini dishes, and were very impressed. Everything delicious! Great prices on drinks and beers too. Wife had a great martini. Server was the best and it's a great place to chill and enjoy a filling and tasty meal.

Great pizza with a good crust and quality toppings. Customer service and atmosphere are wonderful and you need to try a dessert pizza... the apple crumb pizza is unique and delicious.

Really good pizza and Italian dishes. The pizza has great taste and the ingredients are fresh. Some good options and I loved the beet and balsamic one. I think they were under staffed but the one that served us was excellent.
Highlight of visit: Try the beet pizza - something different and very good.

You can't beat the flavor of wood fired pizza and I like how they make the oven a focal point of the restaurant. In addition to the tastiest pizza in Palm Coast they have some wonderful appetizers and entrees too. The restaurant is nicely decorated with a relaxing atmosphere and the staff are friendly and attentive.

Good local pizza shop with great pies and tasty entrees. We go at least once a week. You get friendly pro service and it's a nice atmosphere.

I like how the pizza oven is a focal point in the restaurant and it's cool to watch the pizzas going in and out. Their Arugula Prosciutto is my personal favorite and I always get it with Truffle Fries. They also have a cocktail bar and the staff are courteous and attentive, but I have recently taken to ordering with Doordash.

Fire in The Bricks is a great restaurant that we always enjoy, but we forget it's there as we don't go to the part of Old Kings Rd often. In my opinion, it's the best pizza in Palm Coast and even a simple Margherita pizza has a lot of flavor and shows that you don't need it loaded with anything more. The service is excellent and it has a nice atmosphere, but although the cocktails are okay, I wouldn't go there for those, and I stick to a cold beer now.

I think this has changed its name so Admin may want to check. I like quite plain pizza without all the topping so always go for a Margherita when available, and the one here is excellent. Simple but very tasty with a great crust. Perfecto!

Love their pizzas and come here often but on Sunday I drove all the way there and they were closed, even though they said they were open on their Facebook, website and the times on the door. Pissed me off! But I'll come back because they have the best pizza around.

The White Shrooms Out and Hot Honey pizzas are outstanding! The crust is excellent... right amount of chew with some crunch from the char blisters... delicious! Can't wait to sample more from here. Service was professional and welcoming. A terrific pizza place and the best we've had in Palm Coast.

The wood fire pizza here is to die for. Seriously. I will never get pizza anywhere else so long as this place is open. I am shocked that this place doesn't have a line out the door. Maybe they do a lot of takeout. Their red sauce is good. Their meatballs could use a little salt, but otherwise they're a lot like my mother in laws, who was from Naples. Go here... try new stuff... enjoy!!!
Highlight of visit: The PIZZA. We tried the White Cotto with Fresh mozzarella, fontina, Prosciutto, olives, roasted red peppers & EVOO Yum! I literally said "Oh My God" "YUM!" when I put it in my mouth.

Best pizza in Palm Coast and the only one of its kind that sells this type. Fresh tasting ingredients and a good selection of toppings. Loveeee the crust ππππ Great staff and nice dining room. Fun to see the chef at the oven.

As residents of Palm Coast for the past three years, my wife and I, of Italian descent, have tried just about every pizzeria in Palm Coast and Flagler Beach. While they were all good, none of them comes close to "Fire In The Hole," an authentic wood-burning oven Neapolitan pizza. This pizza uses fresh, high-quality ingredients and has an impeccable crust. It's truly "to die for" and the best pizza I've ever had, even in Naples, Italy. Fire In The Hole is just one more reason why it's great to live in Palm Coast.
Highlight of visit: The Red Sausage Pizza. The white mushroom pizza.

Fire in the Hole is a real gem. From the highly recommended Burrata, Bruschetta, and Truffle Fries appetizers to the wood fired pizzas available with several tempting variants and toppings, everything is so wonderful. They also have top notch service and an inviting dining room. I have visited often and have never been disappointed by the food or service. We're lucky to have them here.

We have a few excellent pizza places in town but this one is my favorite because I like the crust and wood fired flavor. The Arugula & Prosciutto pizza is simple but delicious.

We get the bruschetta to start and the calabrese pizza and both are always really good. Ingredients are high quality and always fresh and the pizza is the best around. But the really best thing is ... we can walk there from our home so no limit on adult beverages πΈπ Save room for dessert... the limoncello cake is awesome.
Highlight of visit: The calabrese pizza comes with sausage, salami, and mixed cheeses and their tomato sauce is really delicious.

Fire in the Hole has the best pizza I've tried so far in Palm Coast. I watched it being made and go in the oven and it blistered up in seconds and had that nice woody fired taste. They have some unique toppings and the sauce is light. Owner is very personable and the restaurant is nice and comfortable.
