Fire In The Hole is a new pizza joint with the same layout as before as a Mexican restaurant but with the addition of a pizza oven and newly decorated like a modern trattoria lowered by televisions. The staff was welcoming and attentive but our food took a while to arrive. We had a simple Margarita pizza which looked very good with a blistery crust but could have been done with more flavor or seasoning. The Caprese Salad was very good and fresh, and their fries are good too. I would visit again only would order one of their specialty pizzas for hopefully more flavor.

The service was excellent along with the atmosphere. They have a full bar so if you don’t want to go to a “dive” to have a drink and an appetizer, this place is great. It’s a good place to eat if you go out alone for lunch or supper too. We had the pizza, which wasn’t like your traditional pie. It was very light and was like a focaccia crust. My granddaughter had ravioli and meatballs. The meatballs were very delicious and were made with quality meat ( I only use high quality) and were juicy. The add ons on the pizza were fresh and there were kalamata olives on the pizza that was delicious too. If you like a run of the mill pizza, this place isn’t for you. It is a little more pricey but remember, you get what you pay for. It’s a clean and nicely decorated restaurant with good food. What else could you ask for? Good luck to the owners for opening a really nice restaurant in Palm Coast.
Highlight of visit: Nutella pizza was my granddaughter’s favorite.

Their customer service is very good and menu reads a little more upscale than the average local pizza parlors. The Stuffed jalapenos starter was very good and the Shroom Out pizza was delicious. I will say that their pizzas seem smaller than most (I think 13") but quality much better and a nice bubbly crust. Tastefully decorated and spotless.

They're off to a good start with good tasting pizza and truffle fires are worth the trip alone. They have a wood fired oven but the pizza didn't really have any of that taste. They did a nice job transforming the dining room but the bar is very limited and could be improved.

Fire In The Bricks in Palm Coast offers Naples-style pizzas known for their blistered crust and balanced toppings, moving away from overly saucy or cheesy versions. Popular choices include the clam and fig white pizzas and the mushroom-topped Shroom Out. Beyond pizza, the menu features creative dishes such as mahi risotto, garlic gnocchi, tortellini, and seafood pasta specials. Guests appreciate the chance to watch pizzas bake in the oven, adding to the experience. The staff consistently provides attentive, neighborly service, contributing to a comfortable dining environment. Wine and cocktail options receive positive mentions, with good pricing. While most visits are smooth, some occasional inconsistencies with service and pizza quality have been noted. Overall, Fire In The Bricks combines thoughtful food with a pleasant setting and friendly care.
