Fire In The Hole is a new pizza joint with the same layout as before as a Mexican restaurant but with the addition of a pizza oven and newly decorated like a modern trattoria lowered by televisions. The staff was welcoming and attentive but our food took a while to arrive. We had a simple Margarita pizza which looked very good with a blistery crust but could have been done with more flavor or seasoning. The Caprese Salad was very good and fresh, and their fries are good too. I would visit again only would order one of their specialty pizzas for hopefully more flavor.

The service was excellent along with the atmosphere. They have a full bar so if you don’t want to go to a “dive” to have a drink and an appetizer, this place is great. It’s a good place to eat if you go out alone for lunch or supper too. We had the pizza, which wasn’t like your traditional pie. It was very light and was like a focaccia crust. My granddaughter had ravioli and meatballs. The meatballs were very delicious and were made with quality meat ( I only use high quality) and were juicy. The add ons on the pizza were fresh and there were kalamata olives on the pizza that was delicious too. If you like a run of the mill pizza, this place isn’t for you. It is a little more pricey but remember, you get what you pay for. It’s a clean and nicely decorated restaurant with good food. What else could you ask for? Good luck to the owners for opening a really nice restaurant in Palm Coast.
Highlight of visit: Nutella pizza was my granddaughter’s favorite.

Their customer service is very good and menu reads a little more upscale than the average local pizza parlors. The Stuffed jalapenos starter was very good and the Shroom Out pizza was delicious. I will say that their pizzas seem smaller than most (I think 13") but quality much better and a nice bubbly crust. Tastefully decorated and spotless.

They're off to a good start with good tasting pizza and truffle fires are worth the trip alone. They have a wood fired oven but the pizza didn't really have any of that taste. They did a nice job transforming the dining room but the bar is very limited and could be improved.

Fire In The Bricks in Palm Coast offers Naples-style pizza with a blistered crust and high-quality ingredients, known for both red and white varieties like the fig and clam pizzas. Diners appreciate the view of pizzas baking in the oven and the creative topping options. Beyond pizza, the menu includes well-executed pasta dishes such as vodka shrimp pasta, tortellini, and gnocchi with creamy sauces, and fresh salads like the Mediterranean and beet salads. The service is consistently professional and friendly, enhancing the relaxed, neighborhood feel. The wine and cocktail selections, including reasonably priced wines and a good martini, complement the meals well. While the pizzas lean toward a drier style with less sauce than some expect, the overall experience is warm and satisfying for those who enjoy thoughtfully crafted Italian fare.
