The wood fire pizza here is to die for. Seriously. I will never get pizza anywhere else so long as this place is open. I am shocked that this place doesn't have a line out the door. Maybe they do a lot of takeout. Their red sauce is good. Their meatballs could use a little salt, but otherwise they're a lot like my mother in laws, who was from Naples. Go here... try new stuff... enjoy!!!
Highlight of visit: The PIZZA. We tried the White Cotto with Fresh mozzarella, fontina, Prosciutto, olives, roasted red peppers & EVOO Yum! I literally said "Oh My God" "YUM!" when I put it in my mouth.

Best pizza in Palm Coast and the only one of its kind that sells this type. Fresh tasting ingredients and a good selection of toppings. Loveeee the crust 🍕😋🍕😋 Great staff and nice dining room. Fun to see the chef at the oven.

As residents of Palm Coast for the past three years, my wife and I, of Italian descent, have tried just about every pizzeria in Palm Coast and Flagler Beach. While they were all good, none of them comes close to "Fire In The Hole," an authentic wood-burning oven Neapolitan pizza. This pizza uses fresh, high-quality ingredients and has an impeccable crust. It's truly "to die for" and the best pizza I've ever had, even in Naples, Italy. Fire In The Hole is just one more reason why it's great to live in Palm Coast.
Highlight of visit: The Red Sausage Pizza. The white mushroom pizza.

Fire in the Hole is a real gem. From the highly recommended Burrata, Bruschetta, and Truffle Fries appetizers to the wood fired pizzas available with several tempting variants and toppings, everything is so wonderful. They also have top notch service and an inviting dining room. I have visited often and have never been disappointed by the food or service. We're lucky to have them here.

We get the bruschetta to start and the calabrese pizza and both are always really good. Ingredients are high quality and always fresh and the pizza is the best around. But the really best thing is ... we can walk there from our home so no limit on adult beverages 🍸🍕 Save room for dessert... the limoncello cake is awesome.
Highlight of visit: The calabrese pizza comes with sausage, salami, and mixed cheeses and their tomato sauce is really delicious.

Fire in the Hole has the best pizza I've tried so far in Palm Coast. I watched it being made and go in the oven and it blistered up in seconds and had that nice woody fired taste. They have some unique toppings and the sauce is light. Owner is very personable and the restaurant is nice and comfortable.

Very delicious pizza and the service was excellent. Casual dining room with a bar and views of the big open wood fired oven area. The oven definitely improves the taste of the pizza and gives it a great crust. Many topping choices with some unique options. Well worth trying this restaurant for a different kind, and in my opinion, better pizza.

After living in northern Italy for 3 years, my husband and I came to live in Florida - and the quest to find a genuine Italian pizza began! Well, after 16 years of trying, we finally found what we were looking for when Fire in the Hole opened! A wood fired pizza oven operated by people who understand that fresh ingredients on fresh, thin crust pizza dough, cooked quickly and designed to be eaten with a knife and fork add up to an experience equal to that of Italy - the home of pizza.
The atmosphere is elegant yet casual, the menu varied, and the staff friendly and efficient. It all adds up to a very pleasant dining experience.
We recommend it to all our friends. Buon Appetito!Highlight of visit: Between us we have tried all the pizzas and have loved them all.

I'm a European guy and like to sit down and eat my pizza with a knife and fork and actually taste the ingredients, and that's what I can do here. The pizza is cooked in a clay oven in about a minute which is just enough time to cook the dough and char the toppings just right. The flavor is so much better than you'd get from any pizza franchise. You also get professional service and an elegant environment... no distracting pool tables or ridiculous karaoke... just good high quality food in a calm no rushed atmosphere. Enjoy my friends.

Cool to see the clay pizza oven open to watch from the dining room. Our Shrooms Out pizza was delicious and the wood from the oven gave it a much better taste. Everyone was friendly and you won't find a cleaner restaurant.

We went in here expecting a run of the mill pizza parlor but was pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere and service, and the food was really impressive. The Stuffed jalapenos appetizers were unique and delicious and the Fig Pizza was outstanding and we ordered a Chicken Bruschetta pizza for takeaway and will have it later tonight. This is a very professionally run business and much more than just a pizza joint.

So many pizza places opening up around here lately it's hard to try them all but had a chance to pick up form here today. The pizza is in a clay oven which sets this one apart and it does provide a better 'char' to the pie which I like and I also like the size of their pizza here as it's just right. They have some interesting toppings and I can recommend the Shroom Out that was very good and flavorful with a hint of truffles. Pretty good prices too and the ingredients are high quality. I was in and out quite fast but it looked nice inside and will be back for sit down meal soon.

Very impressed with the beet pizza! Not something I'd had before and loved the flavor combinations, and the crust was just how I like it too. Service was on the slow side but they did a good job renovating the place. I thought the prices were reasonable and I will be back again.
Highlight of visit: The Beet Pizza which has roasted beets, blue cheese with balsamic and EVO.

Fire In The Hole is a new pizza joint with the same layout as before as a Mexican restaurant but with the addition of a pizza oven and newly decorated like a modern trattoria lowered by televisions. The staff was welcoming and attentive but our food took a while to arrive. We had a simple Margarita pizza which looked very good with a blistery crust but could have been done with more flavor or seasoning. The Caprese Salad was very good and fresh, and their fries are good too. I would visit again only would order one of their specialty pizzas for hopefully more flavor.

Fire In The Bricks in Palm Coast offers Naples-style pizza with a blistered crust and fresh toppings, favored by many for its distinctive, less saucy style. Popular options include the shroom out pizza and clam pizza, alongside Italian dishes like gnocchi with a creamy, light cheese sauce, tortellini, and focaccia. The menu also features unique choices such as a beet salad and apple crumb dessert pizza. Customers appreciate the friendly, attentive staff and the opportunity to watch pizzas being placed in the oven. Wine, beer, and cocktails come at reasonable prices, enhancing the experience. While service is usually warm and efficient, occasions of feeling understaffed or slightly off service have been noted. Overall, Fire In The Bricks provides a neighborly atmosphere with consistently flavorful food and well-managed customer care.
