Good reliable place for a hearty breakfast. Their pancakes taste like they always have and I still enjoy tasting all the syrups. Bacon was tough and chewy and the coffee could be a little stronger for my taste, but everything else was good. Our waitress was very attentive and very pleasant.

Good for breakfast once in a while but way too heavy and greasy for me to eat often. Our server was very nice but our table had to be wiped because it was sticky and my silverware was dirty. Pancakes were tasty but I'd skip the bacon and hashbrowns next time.

We arrived around 10 am today and it was very busy. Our server was excellent and very attending and the food was just your typical diner food. Pancakes and hashbrowns were on the greasy side and bacon was like leather, but eggs cooked just right. Coffee isn't very strong but I like it that way. Very much a diner feel inside and went home smelling of the place.

I like IHOP as it takes me back and this Palm Coast location is very nice. We always have good service and the food is very consistent. I get my usual pancake combo which has pancakes, eggs, bacon, and hashbrowns which more than satisfies and lasts me until dinner.

First time to an IHOP in about 30 years and it really hasn't changed that much. Pancakes still taste the same as I recall and they still have the syrups on the table. I had my pancakes with the usual hashbrowns, eggs, and bacon, and I don't know if it was the taste of nostalgia, but everything went down so well and felt very comforting. I don't recall them having so many different pancake flavors before, but I just had the basic buttermilk. Our server was very friendly and I like that the men's room was very clean. Maybe I shan't leave it another 30 years before I visit IHOP again!
Highlight of visit: The Pancake Combo satisfied this hungry guy nicely.

Review by Nathan, Palm Coast 12/25/20224.0Food:Service:Atmosphere:
Grateful for them being open on Christmas morning and although quite busy we were seated almost straight away and service was good. Food seemed to be made in a hurry or maybe the kitchen was just short staffed. It tasted okay but wasn't up to their usual standards of appearance or consistency... sausage was barely cooked but the bacon overcooked. Overall though it did the job and I appreciate the staff working Christmas today.

We met another couple here after church and it was very busy but we got seated quickly. All of the staff were very friendly and brought the coffee right out which was hot and fresh. There's plenty to choose from on the menu and I went for the Spinach & Mushroom Omelette which didn't quite look like it did on the menu but tasted quite good, just a bit rubbery and the hollandaise sauce was very gooey. Hubby got the Sampler which had just about everything which he engulfed as usual. Our friends seemed to enjoy their breakfasts and I liked that although the restaurant was very busy we were not rushed.

Our waiter was a darling and very efficient and we were pleased with the cleanliness of our booth. The menu is a little overwhelming and I settled for their new Lem Blueberry Crepes with Ricotta which were lighter than pancakes and very tasty. My daughter's omelet was on the hard side and she thought the shredded meat in it was very dry, but said the flavors were very good.

Our server was kind and very accommodating with our requests. Breakfast was tasty and love their fluffy pancakes. Bacon and toast were barely warm though which they offered to replace but we ate anyway. I have been eating at an IHOP for many years and they still have that same feeling I recall since I was a child.

Review by Dowie, Palm Coast 1/26/20223.0Food:Service:Atmosphere:
Our server was very nice but the food took a long time to come out and when it did it was only just warm. Bacon was more tough and chewy than crispy and eggs hard but pancakes were good. They redid the eggs for me and much better second time. The coffee was good. I think they're having staff shortage problems in the kitchen which I understand.

Pancakes were kind of rubbery but everything else tasted OK... eggs cooked right! Service was slow but our waitress was very friendly and apologetic. Usual casual atmosphere and I like that they still use carafes for the coffee.

Nice and clean and server was a delight. Like that they have a gluten free menu for mom. Breakfast was mostly quite good but hashbrowns very burnt. Surprised they even put them on the plate. Kids enjoyed their meals. Coffee could be stronger. I recommend if you want a big filling breakfast. just watch the details.

Service was fast and friendly. Food was mostly good but scrambled eggs weren't quite cooked properly and still runny. Pancakes fluffy and syrups are tasty. Like many places recently they seem understaffed but those that were there pitched in.

Our breakfasts were tasty and fresh but we felt very rushed. Server brought our check half way through our meal and kept hinting to finish up. No idea why as there were several empty tables and no line. The whole experience ruined it here for us so can't recommend.

Very heavy and greasy food! Left feeling bloated and guilty and not in a good way. Seems like an overload of processed junk food on a plate. Server was nice but her head not into her job. It was clean but had that greasy spoon feel. Need acne cream after visiting here.

IHOP in Palm Coast delivers a reliable breakfast experience with hearty options like the poblano omelet, breakfast burritos, and fluffy pancakes. Guests often praise the friendly and attentive service, especially from staff like Becca, though busy times can stretch the waitstaff's attention. The food is generally cooked well, with eggs prepared to order and crispy bacon on most visits, though some find items overly sweet or note occasional issues with coffee temperature and strength. The dining space feels a bit cramped and darker than some prefer. Prices have risen, particularly for drinks and sides, which some guests find limiting for frequent visits. Overall, this IHOP offers familiar comfort food with thoughtful service, even if there's room for improvement on beverage quality and atmosphere.
