The pancakes were good but the bacon came out cold and the coffee wasn’t very strong. However, the server was really friendly and made sure we had everything we needed, which was nice. Overall, the food was okay, but the service made up for it. I’d go back, but I hope they improve on the little things.

Prices too high for quality especially the drinks. With three kids not affordable. Server inpatient. Food was ok but I can make better for half the cost at home. I just thought I’d treat the kids to a breakfast out, but they weren’t very impressed.

My pancakes were cold and weren’t even hot enough to melt the butter, but waitress did get them replaced and were good second time around. My wife had an omelet that she liked. I think best not to come during peak times.

Breakfast was good with the only letdown being very overcooked bacon which they corrected. The pancakes were the highlight and no one does them better IMHO. The server was friendly but could have been better with checking on us and with coffee refills. Inside feels a little like a mass feeding stop and not exactly a calm and relaxing place. Felt a little rushed.

Pancakes are very good which is expected. Toast cold and eggs not as ordered, but overall not bad and left very full. The atmosphere felt crowded but it was clean including the ladies room. Nice server.

I had their pesto veggie egg benedict which surprised me how good it was. Only let down was the hashbrowns which were too greasy, but the benedict part was spot on. Server was a little slow and had to twice ask for coffee. Atmosphere feels close.

Highlight of visit: The pesto veggie eggs benedict was really good. Order breakfast potatoes instead of hashbrowns as they're less hard and greasy.

We were seated right away but took along time for the server to come. The pancakes were good and the strawberries on top were sweet, but the cream was not very nice. My husband liked his biscuit sandwich but found the hashbrowns way too oily.

I try to avoid these franchise places, but guests in town insisted on visiting for breakfast today and I was reminded why I don't like them. The food just never tastes fresh and overly processed and why is everything so sweet? Do they have a kitchen or a production line? Our server had a very vacant disposition, and the atmosphere was like a human feeding trough. I'm giving a very generous 3 stars because my guests appeared to of greatly enjoyed the food and maybe I'm just a picky cynical old geezer.

Had one of their new breakfast crepes which was quite good but I prefer their regular omelets. Husband had a short stack with bacon and hashbrowns and cleaned his plate. Service was very good and it seemed well organized.

Good reliable place for a hearty breakfast. Their pancakes taste like they always have and I still enjoy tasting all the syrups. Bacon was tough and chewy and the coffee could be a little stronger for my taste, but everything else was good. Our waitress was very attentive and very pleasant.

Good for breakfast once in a while but way too heavy and greasy for me to eat often. Our server was very nice but our table had to be wiped because it was sticky and my silverware was dirty. Pancakes were tasty but I'd skip the bacon and hashbrowns next time.

We arrived around 10 am today and it was very busy. Our server was excellent and very attending and the food was just your typical diner food. Pancakes and hashbrowns were on the greasy side and bacon was like leather, but eggs cooked just right. Coffee isn't very strong but I like it that way. Very much a diner feel inside and went home smelling of the place.

I like IHOP as it takes me back and this Palm Coast location is very nice. We always have good service and the food is very consistent. I get my usual pancake combo which has pancakes, eggs, bacon, and hashbrowns which more than satisfies and lasts me until dinner.

Breakfast here was good. Plenty of options to choose from. Syrup bottles needed a wipe and coffee was weak. But everything else was ok. Server was nice and quick to correct.

First time to an IHOP in about 30 years and it really hasn't changed that much. Pancakes still taste the same as I recall and they still have the syrups on the table. I had my pancakes with the usual hashbrowns, eggs, and bacon, and I don't know if it was the taste of nostalgia, but everything went down so well and felt very comforting. I don't recall them having so many different pancake flavors before, but I just had the basic buttermilk. Our server was very friendly and I like that the men's room was very clean. Maybe I shan't leave it another 30 years before I visit IHOP again!

Highlight of visit: The Pancake Combo satisfied this hungry guy nicely.

Grateful for them being open on Christmas morning and although quite busy we were seated almost straight away and service was good. Food seemed to be made in a hurry or maybe the kitchen was just short staffed. It tasted okay but wasn't up to their usual standards of appearance or consistency... sausage was barely cooked but the bacon overcooked. Overall though it did the job and I appreciate the staff working Christmas today.

We met another couple here after church and it was very busy but we got seated quickly. All of the staff were very friendly and brought the coffee right out which was hot and fresh. There's plenty to choose from on the menu and I went for the Spinach & Mushroom Omelette which didn't quite look like it did on the menu but tasted quite good, just a bit rubbery and the hollandaise sauce was very gooey. Hubby got the Sampler which had just about everything which he engulfed as usual. Our friends seemed to enjoy their breakfasts and I liked that although the restaurant was very busy we were not rushed.

Our waiter was a darling and very efficient and we were pleased with the cleanliness of our booth. The menu is a little overwhelming and I settled for their new Lem Blueberry Crepes with Ricotta which were lighter than pancakes and very tasty. My daughter's omelet was on the hard side and she thought the shredded meat in it was very dry, but said the flavors were very good.

Our server was kind and very accommodating with our requests. Breakfast was tasty and love their fluffy pancakes. Bacon and toast were barely warm though which they offered to replace but we ate anyway. I have been eating at an IHOP for many years and they still have that same feeling I recall since I was a child.
