Review of Mamaling by Grace from Palm Coast
Dinner tonight was amazing... table of five friends and we ordered several of the small plates to share and I wish I had them to myself as they were all so good 😋 I did have the Shaken Beef to myself though and every bite was heaven. Our server was fantastic and she never stopped smiling and clearing plates and making sure we had all we needed. This is a top notch restaurant in an inconspicuous location and I am so happy we went tonight. We had the most delicious meal, great service, and a fun time. Thank you Mamaling for a wonderful evening 👏
Highlight of visit: I recommend bring a big appaetite and order as many of the small plates as you can. My favorites were the Firecracker Shrimp and the Adobo Bao Buns. The Shaken Beef had an amazing flavor and was a wonderful entree. I left so full but well satisfied.

Mamaling is a top notch restaurant with a great selection of Asian and fusion dishes. I can vouch for the Drunken Samurai Udon and the Lemongrass & Coconut Curry, which both knocked it out of the field. The staff are amazing and the prices are very reasonable for the quality and prep.

Mamaling has high end cooking and service in an Asian restaurant type atmosphere. The menu is tight and I have tried almost everything it offers, and it has all been very delicious. Even their plain white rice seems to taste better than anywhere else. Never had a bad server and Mamaling is hands down the best restaurant in Palm Coast.
Highlight of visit: The Cantonese Fried Rice, Shaken Beef and Roast Pork Ramen are all amazing dishes, but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

I took my GF here tonight and she was very impressed. The mini tacos are so good and they use crispy wonton skins as the shell which is unique and works so well. It was chilly out and the roasted pork ramen went down perfectly and the flavors they get out of the broth are excellent. The service here is highly professional and staff seems well trained. The atmosphere is very urban with touches of Asia and Buddha around. A really great restaurant.
Highlight of visit: The Szechuan Tacos and Brussells Sprouts are great apps and the Pork Ramen and Drunken Samurai Udon are highly recommended.

Busy place with great vibes and plenty of great sounding dishes to choose from. Our waiter was excellent and helped us to decide, and everything looked and tasted amazing. The owner came by to chat for a while and was so gracious. The Shaken Beef is a really delicious dish and all of our small plate appetizers were so good. Can't rate this restaurant high enough! Everything was fantastic and the staff on top form.

We were very impressed with everything about this restaurant. It's professionally run with very attentive and personal service and delicious well presented food. We ordered a selection of their small plates with the Bao and Scechaun Tacos being my favorites and I had the Drunken Samurai Udon as an entree which was full of flavor. It has a busy atmosphere and servers seem to skirt around everyone effortlessly. I really loved it here and highly recommend Mamaling to anyone with an adventurous palate.

The food is fucking delicious! It's consistent and reliable. Service is impeccable, and the vibe is chic. It's celebraty chef owned, and if this were anywhere other than Palm Coast, it would be on the culinary radar. My only complaint is that the menu hasn't changed forever! Got get some. You deserve it!

Limited choices and still not too sure what type of cuisine it is as they seem to have dishes from all over. But I did like it and our choices were all quite tasty but I preferred all the appetizers over the entrees. The bao buns were awesome as were the fire shrimp and mini tacos. No complaints about the service and the atmosphere was lively.

The hostess (Mamaling?) was very charming and found the time to chat. Their menu isn't very large and we ordered a selection of small and large plates which were all delicious, with the Orange Honey Chicken being the star dish. The atmosphere is lively and reminiscent of eateries up north without the high prices. Mamaling offers an excellent dining experience and I can't wait to return.
Highlight of visit: The Orange Honey Chicken and Szechuan Tacos were the standout dishes for me.

First class hospitality with the lady of the house stopping by each table to check on them. She seemed very proud of her food and loves to chat. Dishes are their own versions of some classic southeast Asian classics which may vary from what you've had before, but all that I've had so far have been delicious. Staff is also really on the ball and you get a great overall dining experience here. I wish more local restaurants were this professional.

This restaurant is amazing! We ordered a few dishes and everything tasted so good. Our server Jasmin was very sweet and attentive. The Asian lady (Mamaling?) was a wonderful hostess and stopped by to check on us a few times. The atmosphere is very nice with fresh flowers around and Asian decorations including a giant gold Buddha. Plenty of food left over to bring home which tasted even better the next day. We're looking forward to coming back again soon.
Highlight of visit: The Honey Orange Chicken, the Clay Pot, and the Firecracker Shrimp were all delicious dishes, and of course Jasmin couldn't have been better.

I don't get to come here as often as I like as my wife is vegan and they don't have any options for her, but finally got here last night to get my Honey Orange Chicken fix - an absolutely delicious dish. Loved the Fire Cracker Shrimp appetizer as well. Their Tsingtao Chinese beer goes well with it all. You won't get better service anywhere else and love the vibe.

SO and I had date night here and it couldn't of been more perfect. Staff made it special and they served me the most fantastic vegan ramen made with mushroom broth and shiitakes and flavored with kimchi... soooooooo amazingly good! I think the whole restaurant heard me slurping those noodles LOL Loved the atmosphere and the people are so good. I really pray they add more vegan choices to the menu.... would be so nice to have a choice next time.

We were very surprised to find Mamaling as we never knew it existed. They were too busy when we stopped in so came back next day. Everything sounded so good and we ordered more than we could eat with a selection of small plates and an entree each. All of the small plates were delicious and my lemongrass and coconut curry was excellent and my wife said her Vietnamese pho was the best she's had. My only complaint was that they were quite skimpy on the chicken in the curry. I understand how food costs are rising but I'd rather pay more than get less. Staff are busy and attentive and all very polite. Overall a superb meal with very intense flavors. A really good restaurant we'll frequent often.

Consistently very good and flavorful food. Staff are highly professional and atmosphere is relaxing. The kung pao tofu is delicious and we always order a selection of the small plates which are all awesome. It can get busy at times but well worth the wait.

Located up the side of Winn Dixie and doesn't look much on the outside, but it's an incredible restaurant with amazing food and service. Can never decide what to order as it's all so good! If you're a group it's good to order several dished and just share. All menu items recommended and they have some great specials such the Korean Pancakes which I can't forget. Not the cheapest eats in own but I'd say the best by far.

We have been wanting to try Mamaling for a long time and finally managed to make it there... and was not disappointed! The food was amazing with standouts being the Drunken Udon and Honey Orange Chicken. I could of honestly ordered everything on the menu. Service was highly professional and top notch. Will definitely make it a habit to return often.

We've been coming here often since it opened and the food has always exceeded our expectations. But lately we have noticed the service to be much slower and not as efficient as it always was. That being said, the food seems to get improve with each visit and we find much more sophisticated in flavors than anywhere else in Palm Coast. It is basically a tapas style of service and food will always come out in stages as it's ready, so don't expect everything served at once like in an American restaurant. Hope they work on the service issue. I know staffing is a problem for many restaurants right now but in the front of the house there appears to be as many staff as they've always had.

By far the best restaurant in Palm Coast! Both food and service is top notch. Love the Clay Pot dish... so delicious! The Lemongrass Coconut Curry is my wife's favorite. Staff are very knowledgeable and professional. Always something new and exciting to try on the menu. A little pricey so can't afford to go too often.
