Review of Mamaling by Brandon from Palm Coast
First class hospitality with the lady of the house stopping by each table to check on them. She seemed very proud of her food and loves to chat. Dishes are their own versions of some classic southeast Asian classics which may vary from what you've had before, but all that I've had so far have been delicious. Staff is also really on the ball and you get a great overall dining experience here. I wish more local restaurants were this professional.

This restaurant is amazing! We ordered a few dishes and everything tasted so good. Our server Jasmin was very sweet and attentive. The Asian lady (Mamaling?) was a wonderful hostess and stopped by to check on us a few times. The atmosphere is very nice with fresh flowers around and Asian decorations including a giant gold Buddha. Plenty of food left over to bring home which tasted even better the next day. We're looking forward to coming back again soon.
Highlight of visit: The Honey Orange Chicken, the Clay Pot, and the Firecracker Shrimp were all delicious dishes, and of course Jasmin couldn't have been better.

I don't get to come here as often as I like as my wife is vegan and they don't have any options for her, but finally got here last night to get my Honey Orange Chicken fix - an absolutely delicious dish. Loved the Fire Cracker Shrimp appetizer as well. Their Tsingtao Chinese beer goes well with it all. You won't get better service anywhere else and love the vibe.

SO and I had date night here and it couldn't of been more perfect. Staff made it special and they served me the most fantastic vegan ramen made with mushroom broth and shiitakes and flavored with kimchi... soooooooo amazingly good! I think the whole restaurant heard me slurping those noodles LOL Loved the atmosphere and the people are so good. I really pray they add more vegan choices to the menu.... would be so nice to have a choice next time.

Great place! I like the firecracker shrimp and fried rice, but they have Asian cuisine for every taste!
Highlight of visit: The fried rice

We were very surprised to find Mamaling as we never knew it existed. They were too busy when we stopped in so came back next day. Everything sounded so good and we ordered more than we could eat with a selection of small plates and an entree each. All of the small plates were delicious and my lemongrass and coconut curry was excellent and my wife said her Vietnamese pho was the best she's had. My only complaint was that they were quite skimpy on the chicken in the curry. I understand how food costs are rising but I'd rather pay more than get less. Staff are busy and attentive and all very polite. Overall a superb meal with very intense flavors. A really good restaurant we'll frequent often.

Consistently very good and flavorful food. Staff are highly professional and atmosphere is relaxing. The kung pao tofu is delicious and we always order a selection of the small plates which are all awesome. It can get busy at times but well worth the wait.

Located up the side of Winn Dixie and doesn't look much on the outside, but it's an incredible restaurant with amazing food and service. Can never decide what to order as it's all so good! If you're a group it's good to order several dished and just share. All menu items recommended and they have some great specials such the Korean Pancakes which I can't forget. Not the cheapest eats in own but I'd say the best by far.

We have been wanting to try Mamaling for a long time and finally managed to make it there... and was not disappointed! The food was amazing with standouts being the Drunken Udon and Honey Orange Chicken. I could of honestly ordered everything on the menu. Service was highly professional and top notch. Will definitely make it a habit to return often.

We've been coming here often since it opened and the food has always exceeded our expectations. But lately we have noticed the service to be much slower and not as efficient as it always was. That being said, the food seems to get improve with each visit and we find much more sophisticated in flavors than anywhere else in Palm Coast. It is basically a tapas style of service and food will always come out in stages as it's ready, so don't expect everything served at once like in an American restaurant. Hope they work on the service issue. I know staffing is a problem for many restaurants right now but in the front of the house there appears to be as many staff as they've always had.

By far the best restaurant in Palm Coast! Both food and service is top notch. Love the Clay Pot dish... so delicious! The Lemongrass Coconut Curry is my wife's favorite. Staff are very knowledgeable and professional. Always something new and exciting to try on the menu. A little pricey so can't afford to go too often.

Server was terrific and made the meal! Food was very tasty from the steamed buns and pork dumpling small plates to the coconut curry and honey orange chicken entrees. Everything tasted excellent and was nicely plated. Love Mamalings and will be back again soon.

So right now they're only doing pick up orders but ordering is simple and each time it was ready when they said. No problems with it not being hot it tasted as good as when we dined in. The food at Mamaling is really special and definitely among the best available in Palm Coast. It's owner is a superstar chef and the flavors he gets are excellent. Their fried rice with Chinese sausage and applewood bacon and a fried egg is a must, and the Kung Pao is my favorite. Creative dishes and highly professional service make this a first class restaurant, and we're proud and honored to have it on pour doorstep.
Highlight of visit: Mamaling Fried Rice and Kung Pao Chicken. Miso Brussels Sprouts Appetizer.

Best food in Palm Coast! Very professional staff and a creative menu. Everything tastes amazing especially the ramen and honey orange chicken which are both off the charts. Had takeout many times lately and look forward to when we can dine in again. Stay safe!

This is really a review of two experiences with Mamalings. Firstly I placed an order for pickup a few weeks ago and when I got home the food was close to anything I've had before. It was sparse with meat and missing sides, flavors were not there and it was at best very cheap Chinese takeaway food. But reluctantly we just dined in and the meal was fabulous! Everything tasted great and staff happy to please. The food was outstanding. No idea what happened with my takeout but glad I gave them another try.
