The people in here really don't know how to cook good chicken. This is the worse Popeyes I've ever had. Over cooked, too dry, or too much batter. They never get the order right so check your bag before driving off!!!

Just picked up a drive thru order, got home and found out my coleslaw was 5 days out of date. It looked slimey when opened and then I saw the expiration date. Tried to call but no answer. Although I am a fan this experience with no ability to resolve or tell the restaurant to keep other customers from getting spoiled food has left me with a bad taste in my mount (pun intended)

    Highlight of visit: Spoiled coleslaw

This Popeyes is terrible! They either over batter their chicken or over cook it! Or it's way too salty! These people in this restaurant do know how to cook good chicken. ABSOLUTELY NOT IMPRESSED! Stay away from this location. The owner doesn't care so don't waste your money and be very disappointed!

Never again! Went there on a Tuesday at 5:30 pm. Bought the family 10 pieces for $25.00. At least 3 pieces were so over cooked, they were dried out. The side of red beans and rice had a very strange taste to them. We were afraid to eat it. The mac and cheese had very little cheese taste and rather watery. YUCK! What a waste of money. Next time, I'll go to Publix!

Visited this location today. The order taker in drive through was so rude. But to top it off when we opened our chicken tenders they were just bits and pieces. No full size tenders. The flounder sandwich was burnt and over fried. This isn’t my first disappointment with this store! I won’t be back.

At 5:30, they were not prepared for dinner traffic. I had to wait for them to cook my chicken and when it was done, it was over cooked, skin was dark and unappetizing. I have eaten at many Popeyes throughout the country, and this one was the worst. Also, The floor was very sticky.

This location needs help badly. They don't know how to cook chicken here. Very over-cooked and very dry. The worse I ever had. I used to enjoy eating here.

This popeyes is horrible! Small chicken pieces. Old mac and cheese. The worst popeyes in the area. They do not support military. They serve food that's not edible!

You have to check everything here as orders are ALWAYS messed up! Workers act like it's an effort to be there. I will admit that once I get it the food is usually good enough. Just a real pain to order from here and it's the only option for fried chicken in this part of town.

This Popeyes is horrible. We waited 20 minutes in the only to find that our order was deleted. The girl at the register was so stoned that after telling her our order 3 times she still couldn’t enter it. As we drove away I tried to call the manager 4 times. The phone was never answered. This place is a joke. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE EATING THERE.

I did notice a much better level of service when you go inside than use the drive thru. The lady who served us last time was excellent and couldn't be more of a delight. The spicy chicken sandwich was good and I particularly liked the mashed potatoes and biscuits. No problems with cleanliness in the dining area and ladies room.

This location has to be the worst Popeye Louisiana Kitchen franchise. There hasn't been a single time since we started visiting that they haven't been out of something, most of the time it's the advertised menu item, but it has ranged from having no sides except maybe Cole slaw, to biscuits, to fountain drinks. Today it was Rippin' Chicken. When I attempted to speak to a manager, I was told there was none, after asking again I was told he was outside on the phone. I then asked the two employees at the counter who owns this location and their response, "I don't know". To my surprise, I asked who plays you, "I don't know". I went outside to speak to the "manager" on his cell phone and asked who owns this location, response "I don't know", who pays you, "I don't know", how come there never seems to be any product at this location, "Everything is auto shipped, and we don't know what we will get". Who's the district manager, "I don't know I think his name is Jenkins", how come your specials are this on the menu board, but you say they are over, "I removed the signs on the windows, but the owner has the keys to the outside menu board, and we have to wait till they show to take them down". Really, they have to wait for the unknown owners to show and take down the menus, do the owners also have all the loose paper, crayons and tape to not allow someone to place a sign-up saying, "sorry no more". Even calls to corporate never get any responses, as I can attest since I have called multiple times in the past. Sorry Popeyes, but you need to burn this location to the ground, it hasn't worth the wait for it to be opened.

Went in last night and ordered an 11 piece meal. To the order we added a red beans and rice. When we got home and opened the bag, no red beans and rice. Called back to have the charge removed and the phone just rang. Called numerous times, no response. Called again this morning numerous times, no answer. They must have many problems and got tired of answering the phone. I have a daughter that worked for them for 14 years. This would not have happened at any of her stores.

How is this place still open? When it first opened the service was very slow, the order was often wrong items, and the food was warm, not hot. I thought, well, they are brand new, and will get things worked out. They have not improved, and while I read some positive comments all I can say is that those customers are the lucky few. I have always loved Popeye's, but since this is the only one in the Palm Coast area I'll have to do without. You lost a customer, I'll never waste my money here again.

I ordered a Cajun Fish Sandwich and fries at Popeye's in Palm Coast. When I got home and opened the bag, the fries were dumped in the bottom of the bag and it was a chicken sandwich, not fish! I called three times to complain and no one answered the phone. I'm a generous person so I give it 1/2 star.
