For everyone who lives near enough to Palm Coast, FL to dine here...new restaurant with OUTSTANDING food and service, wonderful vibes, enough sound absorbing materials to make it a very comfortable atmosphere where you can actually hear yourself think and your friends speak! A place where you want to come back often and tell everyone about it, so that it can survive and thrive! We need this more urbane eatery! Most definitely for those of us who are not fans of the 'typical' or 'the chain restaurants'. . . Be A Part of What Will Make Palm Coast a Successful little Town, with enjoyable atmosphere!

Finally a great restaurant in Palm Coast. Now we don't have to go out of town for a good meal in a nice atmosphere. The menu is so interesting. Our meals were delicious. I had the shrimp sandwich (unsure of name) and my husband had the gigantic hamburger. The restaurant has been remodeled. It is more inviting now. The manager is very nice and our server was very attentive and sweet. I hope THIS restaurant sticks around.

Very good. Totally enjoyed our Burgers! We skipped the advertised lard arse fries. The rest was excellent.

We gave this place a second try and it was much better and some of opening problems seemed to be dealt with. I agree that this not a restaurant for the health conscious or anyone with heart conditions, but their food does taste very good and is worth it for the occasional splurge. Their burgers are awesome and the fish and chips were very good too. Give them another try..... they have a great atmosphere and it's a nice neighborhood type place to hang out with drinks.

Finally a restaurant in Flagler County with a menu that truly sets itself apart from every other run of the mill establishment. The new owners have done a fantastic job renovating the interior making it classy without being overly pretentious. Just had luch there and everything was excellent. The staff and owners were extremely attentive and made it a great dining experience. Definitely will be a place I will be frequenting several times a week.

It's always nice to see a new restaurant here but I was very disappointed to see that this is the least vegetarian friendly restaurant in Palm Coast! Even as a pescetarian the options were almost zero due to their cooking methods and anyone with heart conditions, cholesterol problems, etc., will want to double check what they're eating in here. Needless to say, we read the menu and politely excused ourselves to dine elsewhere. I feel bad as it looks like it could be a good restaurant, but in 2011 we expect a little more concern towards our health... even McDonald's listened to its customers.

Stopped by the first time to have a happy hour cocktail. We were impressed by the decor changes. The ambience was very soothing. Sparkling clean too. Staff seemed too somber and reserved for my taste. Maybe because they are new. We went back a second time to eat. Do not like food fried in lard. They could offer the alternative of frying in oil or do they fry everything in animal fat. We thought the burger was great and different than the usual fare. We intend to go back and try some other menu items. I drink a lot of diet coke and the glass was too little. Dog theme on the menu is unappetizing. Can see this place making it if they beef up hospitality and service abilities of the staff and do some fine tuning.

My wife and I ate here tonight with our 2-year-old son--the owner said he's the first little child to eat there! I'm glad they had a high chair and the waiter said they have an order of children's cups (with lids) on the way. They don't have a kids menu (that we saw) but Joshua loves chicken strips, so that worked!

I had a burger, cooked on the rarer side of medium rare with Bacon, Egg, Beet and Caramelized Onions...very good. My wife had a cod po boy and enjoyed it as well. We both had the fries which were great.

Service was solid though you could tell they were working some kinks out and I'm glad it wasn't busy. No reason to see why they can't get much better as they go through more services.

    I wholeheartedly recommend!

I broke my cardinal rule of visiting a new restaurant when it's just opened and I usually wait at least a month or so to allow time for the kinks to be worked out. The decor looks like it will be very good once complete. It has the workings of a sort of downtown pub in an old warehouse type of feel about it and makes a change from the typical Florida style. There's the long bar and tall table tops on one side and a dining area to the other. I must admit that I don't really like the dog connection when it comes to food especially when it transfers to the menu with some selections named after dogs, but none the less, the menu has quite a broad selection of items to satisfy most pallet. Prices on some items are on the high.

The service we received was odd! The gentleman who originally greeted us seemed unsure where to seat us and the first server that came up to us, just leant on our table and said, "so?". Menus would be a good start! Throughout the meal service was sporadic. Sodas were in such a small glass and loaded with ice that there was barely an inch of drink, so with slow service refills were hard to come by. The complimentary standard of bread and olive oil dip was a nice touch, and our food arrived in a reasonable amount of time considering how busy it was. Our sandwiches were quite good. The focaccia bread on mine was very hard in places and it would of been nice to of had the sandwich cut in half, as it was difficult to do so with the knife provided. The lard arse fries (as they're called) were skin on which I really like but I wasn't fond of their lardy taste. In today's world of wiser eating, I'd prefer they were cooked in a healthier oil.

Overall, I think Palm Coast needs a more sophisticated bar/pub restaurant type of establishment and I hope with some tweaks Three Dogs Grille will fill this void.

Wow, I guess a matter of days makes a difference. We were met by a gentleman named Mario at the front door. He promptly walked us to a table in the pub. We enjoyed a great meal and special thanks to Mario, Brian and Katherine who all showed a level of enthusiasm and professionalism which I haven't experienced in my 7 years of calling Palm Coast home. The menu is out there but for NY transplants, such as us, it was a taste of home. Good luck to the Dogs. We will definitely be back.

This has the makings of great local restaurant but it's not there yet. We visited for dinner and I know it has just opened, but service and management don't seem to of found their balance yet. Inside is nice although it still has some work left to do and it needs some artwork on the dining areas blank walls. We ate in the bar area and service was spotty. Servers seemed mostly elder types who didn't show much enthusiasm or energy typically associated with a pub type restaurant.

The menu offers many items not found in many other places in Palm Coast including some standard selections such as burgers. Our food was good except we weren't fond of the fries, which are cooked in lard and tasted too heavy and were mostly hard. The cod fish was good but I'd like to of seen a crispier batter. The duck was way over cooked, too. Prices not bad but fish and chips were not worth $14.00!

It's easy to criticize a new restaurant, and I think this place will become much better once staff is settled and the construction completed. I'll look forward to trying it again in a few weeks.
