I've always loved the Tuscan Grille but I have to admit that I was a bit disappointed this time. That said, I know we will give them another chance sometime. The veal marsala was tasty but the sauce was very watery. I love the mushrooms but my hubby hates them so we were very surprised when his side pasta came with marsala sauce even though he ordered a red sauce. The waitress started to argue that he did order that but finally backed off when he said no way, he hates mushrooms so how could he? That was a little frustrating. She did ensure his dish was straightened out.

My spouse and I had a great dinner here last night. We started with exquisite fresh steamed clams.... so yummy we used the fresh Italian bread to get the broth left in our bowls! Salads were plentiful, nice fresh greens which even included chick peas. Our meals were amazing- brought home enough for our lunch today. Our waitress, Taylor, was so sweet, and efficient- got the order perfect the first time, didn't "hover" like some places do, which annoys me.... et was always available when needed. The owner stopped at our table to see how our meals were....really a 5 star place.... great night.

It was my birthday, a party of six and I was excited, I couldn't wait to try the Tuscan Grille... I was so disappointed! I had the Lobster Ravioli, the cream sauce had no taste. Others had the spaghetti w/meatball and sausage (1 of each)... Horrible! The sauce came out of a can, heated and severed on the plate. The meatball and sausage were terrible, not fresh, but frozen and poor quality. The food was not hot. The fresh bread was the best thing severed. They did not have a good desert selection (a guest said "Duncan Hines tastes better) The waitress was good! The atmosphere was also OK, I would rather see white table clothes and white napkins.
I would not recommend the Tuscan Grille b/c their food is not authentic... It is out of a can and not a high quality! For the price and the hassle / suggestion to make a reservation it is a waste of time and disappointment! Most if not all of the Italian Restaurants in the Palm Coast and Flagler Beach area all offer the same menu.... Zero variety and they all use the same canned sauce!

We have been to the Tuscan Grill before for both lunch and dinner, maybe five or six times total. Each time has been excellent but this afternoon's lunch was really perfect: table looking out over the ocean, crusty hot bread with terrific dipping oil, salads were fresh, crisp and tasty. My husband had the tilapia which was very tasty but my barramundi was ridiculously good! It was a lovely white fish with a lemon caper sauce. We had had the barramundi once before when it was on special and we both really liked it but I think it was even better this time. We both ordered angel hair pasta with red sauce as our side. The only problem with our meal was that it was so additively flavorful that we cleaned our plates and nearly finished the ample side of pasta as well, eating much more than practical (or comfortable!)
The service was friendly, warm and attentive without being intrusive. The wine list is extensive and reasonable in price and the ambiance in the restaurant was just plain cozy.
Tip- lunch and dinner menus are basically the same with some early bird options on the back, but we prefer going there for lunch just because it's a little quieter. Reservations are suggested for dinner.

This was my first time going to Tuscan Grille for dinner. I've been twice for lunch and I can't say enough good things about this place. So So Good! I ordered the Chicken Franchese while my husband ordered the Lasagna. Both dishes were perfect, we had leftovers because the bread and oil mixture was too good to pass up. I can't wait to return again!

Always a great experience. Have had the opportunity to go to your other restaurant and find the casual dining at the waters edge wonderful. Keep up the great work and looking forward to entertainment at your new location.

Definitely a tale of two meals. But first, parking: As is the case at most Flagler Beach restaurants, parking is abysmal and limited. The inside of the restaurant is wonderful. My chicken parm rates as some of the best I've ever had the pleasure of eating. My girlfriend, however, was underwhelmed by the meat ravioli. The meat sauce received a high score, but the meat inside the ravioli was quite dry and unappealing. Service was efficient; seating could use some tweaking though. A bit too close to a birthday celebration for my taste. I would suggest this place though and certainly try them again... but be mindful not to have the meat ravioli.

Went there for lunch ( 4 of us) July 31 on a recommendation. This place is the best kept secret in Flagler county. Beginning with the fresh bread which I could eat as a meal the experience was wonderful. Our waitress and her service was half the experience. The food was unlike any other I have had in Flagler. I will take all my out of town visitors to this establishment and know they will be impressed.

I do not write reviews that often but after this experience I have to do this. This place is so noisy that you need to wear earmuffs. The beer was not even close to being cold. Our waitress was a rude rock... no customer appreciation skills. Big plate of olive oil and 3 cheesy pieces of bread... what gives here? Entrees were so-so and chicken almost under cooked. Was not impressed and at this $$ will not be going back. Did I mentioned it was noisy!!

There were six of us that went for dinner. The bread was to die for and the food was excellent. We all ordered different dishes and did a little tasting of each person's order. What's new, if your Italian, this is common. Mike came over to the table and made us feel right at home. I had the soup and it had a wonderful flavor. The salad's were very good also. Then came the tray of desserts, all homemade. What a delicious selection. I had the coconut cake; Very moist. Would definitely go back again.
Very busy place, reservations a must.

This place is clear competition with restaurants in Italy. Mike and his team were simply incredible. We had reservations and they were so nice greeting us at the door. They sat us in a quiet corner at a table for two. We weren't celebrating Anything but they treated us like royalty! And let me say, the food was utterly mouth watering. I had the veal panzanella and my husband had the lobster ravioli. Both we took home and enjoyed for lunch the next day.
I enjoyed the wine selection. The Chardonnay was delicious with the veal. Of course dessert was so good! We had chocolate mousse cake and they gave us Canolis as a special treat since we were guests of Island Cottage.
Truly a small town feel with homemade made to order authentic Italian food. I just wish I had them at home!

My sister and I pride ourselves on the fact that we know and enjoy good food. We were delighted to discover the Tuscan Grill several months ago and, since then, have dined there quite a few times. The food and service are excellent and, as for the ambiance, you couldn't ask for more. Also just sitting at a window table looking out at the ocean is enough to satisfy one's soul. We highly recommend this restaurant if you know and enjoy good Italian food.

We really loved this place! Eight of us went there for my Dad's 88th birthday. Gorgeous views of the ocean right across A1A. Very good prices for the quality and location. The wild (not farmed) Alaskan salmon was incredible as was the portobello & grilled veggie medley. Nice to see a restaurant that doesn't up-charge for soup or salad. Our waitress (Micheline?) was outstanding and loads of fun. She really set the tone for a wonderful and fun birthday dinner. 20% automatic gratuity was added and we added even more so that should tell you something. I highly recommend this restaurant. P.S. BEST BREAD I HAVE EVER HAD IN A RESTAURANT!!!

This was our 4th time and while the food is the best Italian around and we travel from Ormond Beach to eat there, we were disappointed last night because our beer was warm and when we told the server she said that the fridge was at the normal temp for cold drinks. She did offer to put our next beer on ice so that when we were ready it was cold which it was. However we felt that we should not have been charged for the warm beer. When we mentioned it to the manager she told us that they did have problems with the fridge and all servers were told to take the drinks from back as it was colder and to talk to her the next time we came in and she would see that we would get one beer for 1/2 price.

Had a wonderful evening as always at the Tuscan. Even with two grandchildren (who loved the food) it was a delight. We've eaten here many, many times, quality is always topnotch.

This was our second visit to the Tuscan Grille. Our first visit was very nice but this second visit left much to be desired. My cloth napkin had dried food on it and one of my two forks had dried food on it too. Our water was not immediately served so we had nothing to drink with our bread, oil, and olives. Over grilled meals were awful! The shrimp was completely hard due to overlooking, the grilled Italian veggies were mushy since they were also overdone, and my husbands veal was cold. When the manager came to our table and we told him about the veal he said that it had been cooked to 160 degrees and could not be warmer or it would be overlooked. Maybe it should have been fired a little later so it would have been warm when served?
We were very disappointed and will not return.

What a hidden gem in Flagler Beach! My wife and I were even looking for it and thought we must've gone too far out of town before putting it into our GPS. Excellent decor, atmosphere and even better food. Prices similar to what you'll see at other Italian places in the area, but the quality is top notch.

This not a place to visit if you're watching your waistline and there's barely an item on the menu that won't make it's mark the next day. It's a dull looking plum colored place in the outside but once inside it livens up. The menu is broad and I particularly liked their choice of raviolis but not sure that they were homemade. My wife had a chicken dish that didn't quite live up to its description but she did still enjoy it. Service was good. Prices reasonable. Parking awful.
