Dinner here tonight was awesome! Our waiter was really good and we liked the atmosphere. Our meals were all excellent... surf and turf was delicious and the maple & bourbon salmon had amazing flavor. Cocktails were a treat and they had a good key lime pie which we shared. Seafood prices are very high but prices here are still reasonable considering. Crave's is now on our list of favorite restaurants.

The prime rib excellent and was as good as before the name change. Wife had the shrimp and scallops that she liked a lot but thought there wasn't so much for the $25. It would be nice to be offered more than just one side other than rice too. Our server was very attentive and management stopped by to check on us. The views are great and we had some very nice drinks.
Highlight of visit: It has to be the prime rib that put the original place (Martin's) here on the map and is still excellent.

We enjoyed lunch here very much. The people working were all friendly and we had excellent service. Their menu has a good variety and we had a Shrimp Po Boy that was awesome and a very good BBQ Prime Rib Burger. Cocktails were very decadent and creative. If you went to the old Martin's here you'll find Craves is a very big improvement with far better atmosphere, service, and food.

Wish I could give a better review, but was sorely disappointed at our last visit to Crave's. Been making a yearly retreat to Crave's/Martin's for 34 years for prime rib dinners. Meat was juicy and tender but were 30% visible fat. I expect some but not this much! Also size of portions are about half and your prices are nearly doubled when I have to PAY for a side salad. Will not return or recommend as you have changed for the worse. I've recommended you for 34 years but no more.
Highlight of visit: See above comments.

I haven't been here since it was the old Martin's restaurant and I was very impressed with its turnaround. It's so much nicer and offers a better menu selection. We arrived by motorcycle so had to skip the alcohol but they had some wonderful sounding cocktails. We both had burgers, my husband the BBQ prime rib and me the mushroom swiss, and both were awesome. Great service from the bar area.

First time here since its transition from Martin's and I have to say that is a big improvement. The new ambiance is much better and fresher, and the staff were friendly and eager to assist. The Fish Dip was OK but wouldn't order it again, but the Cod Fish Fry was spot on and our cocktails were amazing. Definitely a big improvement and we will be back.

We had a reservation and our table was ready when we arrived. We immediately had attention from our server who got us drinks while we browsed the menu. Our food was excellent from the Stuffed Portbellow appetizer which had a generous amount of filling and tasty sauce, to the Seafood Combo Plate and Prime Rib. The Combo had Cod, Shrimp and Scallops. No room left for dessert but we did have delicious Key Lime Martini cocktails. We really liked the atmosphere and was very happy with our meal and service.

This is a wonderful addition to FLAGLER BEACH’S growing list of DESTINATION DINING! Awesome ocean view location, delicious seafood and steaks plus EXCELLENT customer service from CHARLIE. We enjoyed our dinner and will definitely return to try other menu items that peaked our interest.
Highlight of visit: Charlie our server was attentive and on his game!

Just had a salad and cocktails and everything was awesome! Our server was new but did a great job. I had the Cobb Salad and it was one the best I've had. And the cocktails here are amazing. Martin's was a stalwart in Flagler Beach, but this new brand is a big improvement.

Love how they revamped the place and the customer service is much better. The food was good but I feel they nickle and dime you for many things you get free at other restaurants. Upcharge for seasonings? Only one side item included? On a $40 entree that sounds cheap. Seems like they could do a better pricing strategy. We did have a good time though and their drinks are amazing although they were out of the beers my husband wanted.

Review by Rob W., Palm Coast 4/6/20233.5.0Food:Service:Atmosphere:
The updates they made have made a big difference and it's so much nicer now. The service was friendly but we had to track down our server for drink refills, and the food was slow coming out of the kitchen. Our appetizers were very good and we especially liked the calamari which was different and better than most places. For my entree I had the stuffed flounder which was a bit of a let down. Although it was cooked nicely it had almost no flavor and needed seasoning. You only get one side now so that feels kind of cheap. Mixed drinks were good but again we would of enjoyed more if service was faster, so we missed and Craves lost business. Overall, it was a reasonable meal and we like the new vibe, but with improvement on service and more attention to the dishes, this would be a five star restaurant.

Waited 20 minutes to get waitress to take order. They were very understaffed. Had one waitress trying to manage a full bar and several tables. After ordering waited another 30 minutes before food came. Had ordered my steak filet medium rare and was well done to point I took it home to feed dog. Smallest filets I’ve ever seen! Waitress offered to get manager so I could share concerns with him. Half an hour later still no manager to talk with. Ordered take out sandwich and fries Took another 20 minutes for that. Only to find out later no fries were in the box. Finally went to find manager since he had never showed up. He said they were a family owned business and they were doing best they could. Said if I just wanted to be a bitch and complain to get out of his restaurant. If I could give a negative review it would be a minus ten. It’s the worst restaurant with marginal food quality and a manager who not only doesn’t want negative feedback but also verbally abused those that give it. Don’t go there. It’s truly a waste of time, money ,and opening yourself up to insults if you’re not happy with the experience.

We're back in town and first time visiting here as Craves and was very pleased with the food and service and loved the new decor. So much nicer now and although they carried a few of the old menu items over they have many new items that sound delicious. Their prime rib is still very good and the bourbon salmon was very tasty. I had a cocktails martini with coconut that was very creative. Very happy they managed to turn this place around and we'll definitely be back.
Highlight of visit: The Bourbon Salmon dish had a great flavor without losing the taste of the salmon. The Coconut Martini (Dream?) is very decadent.

Review by Arlo, Ormond Beach 3/4/20234.0Food:Service:Atmosphere:
It was very busy especially around the bar and had a good atmosphere. Service was stretched but staff seemed to keep their calm and managed to get to everyone. Sandwiches took a while to come out and were quite good but needed more flavor... just didn't have a lot of flavor and couldn't taste any blackening. I'd like to come back when it's not bike week and try a sit down meal here.

I am very impressed with how they have turned the old Martins restaurant around. It's so much brighter and more coastal feeling, with a more varied menu and the addition of some great sounding cocktails. My wife and I sat up at the bar and had some good dining/drinking neighbors and the service was very professional and friendly. We shared a couple of starters one of which was the calamari that I really liked, and I had the Smoked Chicken Sandwich and my wife the Blackened Grouper Sandwich. I loved mine and I guess my wife's Grouper was good as there wasn't any left! I was driving so only had one beer but my wife tried two different mixed drinks and again had nothing left! It was busy so I'm sure the new Crave's will do very well here.

Bravo to the new owner for turning a tired old restaurant around and into a fresh and vibrant place with much improved food and definitely far better service. My T-bone steak was very good and my friend said the fish and chips were the best. Hope they keep up the quality!

Review by Geri, Palm Coast 1/31/20233.0Food:Service:Atmosphere:
We went there two days ago. VERY disappointed. I have been there before, however, the other night, we only received ONE dinner roll each and one side with each meal. For an additional roll, we'd be charged extra. The same goes for asking for a second side. We'll not return.

Crave's in Flagler Beach offers a varied menu focusing on prime rib, seafood, and classic American dishes like meatloaf and fish and chips. Guests often praise the prime rib for its quality and size, while seafood options such as broiled red grouper, st? shrimp, and Mahi Mahi receive favorable notes for flavor and preparation. The bar serves a range of cocktails, though some find a few drinks overly sweet or occasionally served with melted ice. Service is generally attentive and friendly, creating a relaxed dining pace without feeling rushed, though there are occasional reports of slower service. The spacious dining area includes upstairs seating with ocean views, contributing to a casual and comfortable experience. Prices are moderate, and the combination of hearty meals, decent drinks, and a personable staff make it a reliable choice in the local dining scene.
